Bob Hansen called all the time and left messages...figured I would give this local web designer a chance to update my website. I called and when I received a call back, they said it would cost $600 which I paid. I was told the new website to be ready in 3 weeks. Never heard from them. I reached out to them and complained. They apologized for the delay and said they would give me two months free...huh. I was never told about a monthly charge and asked for them to refund what I paid. Never heard back. Called again some months later and same story. This company is a scam. I am shocked if they ever produced any websites. Avoid at all costs! There are legimate website designers out there but simple biz is not one of them.
I hired John and his company to build me a new website. And they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in needing their services

Simple Biz is truly the web service provider of choice for Asbury United Methodist Church in Nokesville, Virginia. Although we are a small church in membership, we are able to have a web presence equal to the large churches without sacrificing our small church authenticity.
