I have paid for 6 months and I got contacted by numerous scammers with fake profiles. I nearly fell a victim to the first one and then had to educate myself about their tactics, unfortunately... Some of them were taken down by the site's security team but some were not. The experience was highly disappointing! I met with only one real person for all this time. I suspect the rest of the profiles were fake. Unbelievable and highly alarming.

This place all it does it steals your money. When I first signed up I didn't get the premium, then I started getting all these notifications get the premium check out who she is she really likes you got the premium didn't hear anything from that person this is worse than match. Stay away from this site if they find you a mate and you no longer single they lose their business you being single than making money same thing it's a scam.

The website seems so user friendly and is easy to navigate for matches. However, try to find help to delete your profile and cancel your subscription or even request and refund and you will go spinning in endless loops of web page navigation. The instructions make it seem easy, but when you go to the page, the "Delete Account" feature is almost impossible to find. Ask for a refund, same thing. I signed up in less than 5 minutes. I've spend 2 hours trying to cancel my membership and request a refund. SOOOO frustrating. Next time I will make sure the matching service has a live chat feature, and clear directions to cancel.

Terrible site. Did the freebie for a couple day's constantly got emails there was a new match or people viewing my profile. Go to site can't see anything but buy premium. Wrote get a generic letter back. So out of curiosity I took the bait. What a waste of my 130.00. Very disappointed and can truly see why the rating is 1Star. They send matches to one commonality. Not matches. They also don't give a percentage on match and then say 100 or 200 miles and they move it to 400+.

I'll steal your money and keep charging your account even when you cancel they don't put your cancel date they put it months later. I asked them to make it right they want to put you through all kinds of hoops then you have to write them and billing will not talk to you and of course they won't because they don't want to talk to all the angry people. The little girl that took my phone call was really sweet I told her that if she was a Christian or believes in doing the right thing she was working for the wrong company and if she was my daughter I tell her to quit

Lots to complain about! The site takes your money and that's the end! You will never get to talk to a human about your issues! You can send an email and that, also, will go without a response nor will anything be done about your request! You are required to fill out the importance of various factors to enhance getting matches with their database.The preferences rate how important the criteria is to you. Example: You're asked geographic distance where to find your match. I started with 100 miles and when those choices were obviously out of the question because of travel time, gas, etc, I changed the max distance to 50 miles, very important. To date, many of my supposed matches are 100 or more miles away! Every day I am being matched with selections which have absolutely no indicators in their profiles for liking the same or similar things! Two thirds of the "matches" have NO Photos! And, probably the worst fault of this site? It seems to be loaded with scam artists. Of three different contacts, all three were not who they claimed to be! Two of them were "falling in love" with me. One of them after a phone call, which lasted less than 10 minutes, and the other through 5 very short emails! The third, this morning, lives (?) 144 miles from me AND the second message from him said he's in Kuwait, by himself trying to start his company! He's a 70 year old man, mind you!
Don't waste your money, ladies and gentlemen. Run as fast as you can away from this hole in the internet where you throw your money!

I signed up for Silver Sinlges for 6 months. I called customer services. They said that you could get a refund if no service provided. So I gave it a try. People asking for money. Pictures looked fake. Some profiles there were no photos with robot generated responses. I was only on the site 3 weeks. Seems like the people working for Silver Singles are creating all the fake accounts themselves. They are playing games talking to the customers themselves just to take your money. When I went to try to cancel the subscription after 3 weeks they said you can't get a refund. I tried to get a refund from my Amex card. Amex said there is no number to reach out to them. Silver Singles does this to so many people. There should be an investigation on this company. They are not a legitimate business. National scammers.

Save your money. The site is full if people who no longer exist on the site. They also steal your money. I signed up for a one month membership, they took money for six months. When confronted with this, the customer support says there is nothing they can do and will not issue a refund. I have been trying to cancel my membership anyway, but I need to cancel my web subscription first. When I try to do that, it would seen my password is no longer valid. When I request a new password, which I have done over a dozen times, a new link has yet to be sent to me. So don't waste your time or money here. Complete and total RIP off.
