I needed. 080 Aluminum signs, and while I was on their website, I didn't see a spec as to the thickness of the aluminum they use. I used the "Chat" function to verify, because I didn't want to order the wrong item. I explained I needed signs made of. 080 aluminum and I couldn't find the thickness of the aluminum they used. They wrote back a measurement in millimeters, which when converted to inches, is. 080 (or. 079 something). So, I figured I had the right stuff. When my signs came in, they were made of DiBond or MaxMetal (thin pieces of aluminum on front and back of a plastic material). I was very disappointed, and aggravated, as I have just wasted almost $500.
After the signs came in, I informed them of the mistake. When they finally wrote back (the next day), ll they had to say was a description of what their material is.
When I chatted with them, it should have been CLEAR that I didn't realize their material was a comoposit, and not solid aluminum.
I'm really disappointed and will not be using them again.

I bought a water proof sign, the same day that arrive it I installed it, later in the afternoon got rain a little bite and the sign get ruin.

I'm currently in limbo with Google Business, making multiple different stipulations to unsuspended my page. I needed a sign asap that I could be happy to hang and Signs, came through. Unfortunately it's still not good enough for Google, but it's great for me. I'll be sending more projects to production through you guys very soon!

Signs.com made an error when printing my vinyls. I contacted them about it and they quickly responded and worked with me to troubleshoot and find a solution. The Vinyls I ultimately received were excellent quality and a perfect match. Great product and great service!

I bought several perforated outdoor window decals for my business. All over the webpage for this type of decal, it says "easy installation" and "no professional installation required." It's also supposed to be a dry install. Having just gone through hell to install some indoor window films (from Home Depot) in my business, I called signs.com support to make sure that these outdoor window decals were *actually* easy to install or if I should hire some pros to do it. The man on the phone assured me that they were super easy to install, that "anyone could figure them out", and that people never have a problem installing them. That sounded great, since all of the quotes I received were between $500-700 to have them installed professionally by local vendors. For reference, I bough 12 large decals (all at least 4 feet x 4 feet).
The decals arrived and looked beautiful, but I and my helper spent an extremely frustrating 3 hours trying to put them up ourselves, following instructions exactly, without getting air bubbles or ruining the decals. We managed to get 4 of the 12 up ourselves (the smaller ones) but absolutely could not get the larger ones on without looking terrible. I ended up having to hire a professional sign company to come fix our mess and install the rest, which cost me an additional $300. The pros used a wet solution even though these decals are supposed to be a "dry install". Maybe these are easy to install if they're small, but if you're getting any medium to large ones, be prepared to hire someone for the install, and don't listen to the "easy install" rhetoric all over the website.

A dear friend of my wife is retiring after 35 years of teaching. My wife is arranging an outdoor ceremony and wanted a banner made. Never having done this online, I google and came upon Signs.com. While they have templates that could be used or tools for designing your own, I created what my wife wanted external to Signs.com as a PDF. I uploaded it to Signs.com, selected the size (8' x 3'), options and placed the order. It arrived about a week later. I have to say, the specific colors I had selected were vibrantly replicated as was the entire complex image I uploaded. The entire banner is of excellent quality with grommets interspaced throughout all sides with a perfect hem around the border. Selecting Signs.com to produce this banner was one of the best decisions I've ever made, especially since my wife is so pleased with the outcome.

This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Signs.com and I have been more than satisfied each time. My order this time was a little unusual but Echo Enix, the Design Consultant, was very accommodating. She was always quick to respond and willing to make as many changes as necessary until we had the perfect finished product. The banner arrived in just a few days. I would highly recommend this company and will use it again for my next project.

The product itself was good, but twice now signs.com has shipped my signs to other customers, causing significant delays. Additionally, they placed a sticker in the front of the sign which scratched the front of the sign trying to get the stickers off.

Purchased another sign in a series of signs for our university department. The customer service at Signs.com is always exceptional and the delivery time was very Swift.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable price. Prompt shipping. Great job of packaging the signs to prevent damage during shipping. We will be a repeat customer.
