We found Signs by Google search, liked the design feature to get just what we wanted and ordered. Came quickly and was just as the design showed.
**NOTE I am giving them 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PICK AT LEAST 1 LEAVE A REVIEW! I had a horrible experience with Signs.com and their design team. I was ordering banners for our senior cheer, boys and girls basketball teams, 9 in total. I spent a week emailing making sure they understood what I was looking for and that we would make my timeline to get my order in without paying overnight shipping. I supplied a screen shot of the banner we were using as a guideline for our design and then did a markup of a template for them but wanted it to be cleaned up and fixed by a professional. Not only did the designer NOT answer my questions, she DID NOT do as I asked at all. She basically took the pictures I provided and plugged them into MY DESIGN and sent them back to me. No adjustment, no clean up AND the fonts were all over the place. (I wanted the first name horizontal in one font and last name vertical in another. She had them all mixed and not uniform as they should have been.) I had to spend the next 7 hours (until 3 am) doing them all over myself and then had to pay $110 in shipping to get them in time. So don't even look at the 100% satisfaction guarantee bull$#*! because that is not the case AT ALL! I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service, quality and overall experience and they don't care. They even lied to me and said they could not do what I was looking for even though they did it last fall for 2 other of our school's sports teams! Don't waste your time or money, you will be disappointed!
This was awful, we needed it for a trade show and paid for 2 day air straight to the convention center.
Then it never arrived and they said they only refund 50% of the banner not the shipping or the other half because shipping isn't their problem

We couldn't be happier with the beautiful 4 foot by 6 foot banner for our local cheer squad! The print job is perfect and the quality of the vinyl, sewing, and grommets are of the highest quality.
The signs are not what I ordered. I ordered 2 sided signs but recieved signs that had the same statement twice. The website used for ordering is abysmal and was not working properly when I placed my order. The signs took a month to be delivered.
I made a huge mistake in trusting the people at this company.
I talked to Adam P while creating my order, got an email from him saying everything was set and in progress, it would ship in 5 days.
5 days later I call... the item is ON HOLD and no one contacted me.
Chalise takes over, tells me to resubmit artwork, and promises it will be sent overnight (at their expense)
Call the next day for shipping verification.
OOPS there is a problem it will not ship on time and it won't make it to the conference.
NO contact about problems.
Their only solution is a refund! A refund on the day it was supposed to ship!
I asked to speak with Adam's supervisor, Emma, but she never called me back.
I found a local printer that uploaded my file and had absolutely no issues opening or working with my image.
I will tell every marketing professional I know to stay away from this place.
I've had so much trouble getting signs.com to fix its mistake on my print job, order #******* for $345.94. I paid for the order (dozens of large vinyl wall decals) on 12/14/21 and received the order the next week. However, it was heavily pixelated and not suitable for display.
- I emailed on 12/22/21 to request a reprint or return, but I never heard back.
- I emailed on 1/3/22 with the same request, but never heard back.
- I posted a critical review on the company's ShopperApproved feedback (1/6/22) and heard back the same day. The company sent an email indicating "I will go ahead and get this reprinted with the correct file." It was signed "Signs.com Customer Care."
- I emailed on 1/13/22 because I had not yet received any shipping confirmation of a reprint, nor any other communication.
- I posted a review with the Better Business Bureau on 1/18 and a representative wrote back to that review, indicating that she had emailed me and was simply waiting for my feedback. The only problem here is that she emails from an account that cannot be replied to. I've sent messages with and without attachments from three different email accounts on four different days, and they all bounce back as undeliverable.
- Now more than a month after my initial order, I have limited use for the decals that have yet to arrive. I'd love to request a refund from this company (and would gladly return the pixelated product), but they simply don't answer my emails. When they do, they do so from an email address that cannot be responded to.
The graphics specialist was very friendly and helpful. The responses were timely and all of my questions were abawered. Overall great experience.
Final product was just as designed. I like it so much ordered a second one. I would highly recommend.
I searched all over the internet looking for the right banner, but couldn't find it.
Everything was either made of cheap paper, or way too small.
Then, I came across Signs.com. Designing the banner was easy.
I will DEFINITELY use them again!

I ordered signs from this company for a trade show. The signs were delivered on time, but not the hardware required to mount the signs to the floor plate. I've called the company several times. They have refused to help me and refused to send the hardware required to stand the signs up. As a result we went to a trade show with no signs. It's been weeks later and several phone calls and they still refuse to correct their mistakes. Avoid this company. Their pricing isn't better than any other sign company and their customer service is horrible.
Quick turnaround time and fast shipping. Great quality of the banner and the color is as expected. The picture is also clear.
Took them 2 weeks to process a 2 color vinyl cut job. Customer service would not answer emails for days on end, in fact, the first time was a week. Then they produced the item wrong, they sent me 3 colors, white lettering when those should have been cutout of the 2 colors. Seems like for a sign company they dont even know how illustrator works. Horrible experience. Avoid this company like you would Covid-19!
High quality product, great color, amazing customer service, good pricing, and ships fast! I've started using signs.com for all of my small-business needs and it's unlikely I'll use another company ever again, for my signs. Thank you for being reliable! One less thing I need to worry about as I've always received a wonderful product in a flash!
I order this off of the site and measure my car to make sure it fits. And it did not. Came in too big. Tried to get in contact with signs.com but it has been over a week and no response. I would preferably like to order from them again because the quality seemed good. But with no response soon I will have to order from another company.

Very satisfied original manufacturer said the decals weren't available anymore so I had to design my own came out quite nice. Fast delivery they even cut me a break on delivery charge even though it was actually my mistake for not creating a mirror image but they still got it to me on time and gave me a discount on the delivery on top of that when I had to order the mirror image of one of the decals.
From design to delivery to the quality of the material, every aspect of the purchase exceeded my expectations!
Answer: It's a very easy to use site with many option to create the product you want. A minimal amount of time occurred before the product was received (about 5 business days).
Answer: You can usually reach somebody via the chat messenger, but it isn't the most useful in terms of the quality of the customer service rep on the other end.
Answer: It's a real company, but their value in terms of production and customer service are extremely suspect.
