After throwing money away w other companies who promised immediate results and never delivered, we were pleasantly surprised to see immediate results with Signpost.

I use signpost this year. They changed my business phone in order to mintor customers calls. First couple of month, my listing on Yelp drop down very behind because info change, but now run back. Hope it stay there or run up. Anyway, they take action very quick when you order some posts on social media like promotion.

I signed up with Signpost so I could easily text customers for last minute changes or sales. The hidden bonus of their services... The much higher star ratings and increased positive reviews I'm getting on FB, Google & Yelp.
I admit, their sales technique to have you learn about their product may feel overwhelming... but their product is not. It systematically approaches the customers a few at a time with weeks in between to increase those ratings & reviews. It's easy to use and I set up a monthly call with my rep. For me, it keep me accountable to my marketing tasks which often take a backseat to the daily operations of my small business.

I never take telephone solicitations. This company is based in Austin, Tx. So I listened. I saw the value and signed up. I am not social media friendly it all seems a big pain. These people have driven 4 new google reviews, facebook reviews and Yelp has improved. I am impressed. Today I just sold my first project which has paid for SignPost for the year. Worth every penny!

"Trent" has been harrassing my office to buy their "clean up" social media product. Can not call him back on his 925 number because it is a scam computer number! He points out negative comments, not many, one, on google then comes up with two different sites of google with different address and phone numbers. Oh my this is awful. Well they are expensive I cannot afford them, so in retaliation, he calls my office with a dire information on yelp. I go and check it out. OMG i cannot believe someone hacked my FB and put in slanderous info on a comment. He took a "screenshot" and posted the slander that I allegedly wrote on some FB article that took place in 2015! Only it had my most recent picture! Hey Trent, that is illegal. Yelp is for business only. You were never my patient or will be. That is libel and harassment. It had my most recent pic. A screen shot if posted 2 years ago, would have my old pic. This screen shot had my new pic. Just changed last week!

I have had Signpost for two months now and have paid them over $700, and they have literally done nothing for me. I wish I had done my research before signing up with this company. All I want is my full refund and seeing all these bad reviews here it seems like a lot of people want their money back. Surprise they haven't got sued yet.

Answer: A contract is reuired, you must pay up front, and they will not allow you to cancel. Stay away!
Answer: Signpost takes a lot of work to reap any benefits; it's not as easy as the pushy sales staff would have you believe. The real problem occurs when you try to leave. They require payment up front (in our case one year), and will not refund anything when you cancel. This is a very shady company, and I would recommend staying away!
Answer: Dave W's [Signpost Rep] above, is a classic example of the problem with Signpost; you can't just cancel the service. They bill you in advance, will not refund what they have billed (even if you quit using the service), and make it very difficult to cancel. You can't just click a button, or send an email, you have to endure a long sales pitch by a tricky, and very aggressive, sales associatte. Best to just stay away! QUOTED FROM DAVE'S RESPONSE: Dave W. Answer: Good luck John. You will have to endure a long sales pitch from a very pushy sales associate. In our case (sounds like others had similar situations), we had to cancel 30 days before the contract automatically renewed. I contacted Signpost the day after their $2,000 charge appeared on my credit card, and they refused to budge. Nothing... Best to stay away from Signpost!
Answer: Dave W, it sounds like you a have a really terrible job, trying to justify the way Signpost treats clients. In my case, I'm out $2,000 with no recourse, for a one year contract that I don't want. Shame on you!
