I received a robo-dialed call from them from a number that was local to my business. I told them immediately that I was not interested in any advertising, or b2b products. The agent then proceeded to rudely tell me that he will just work with another business that is open for business and hung up before I could get a word in. Given how rude the sales agent was, and the cold calling nature of the call I would not recommend that anyone work with a business that employs these practices. Companies that stoop to cold calling businesses and use aggressive sales techniques typical have a high customer turnover rate and is an obvious sign that they do not have a good product or service to offer. Stay far, far away from them.
Very happy with the Signpost experience! The multi-step approach they use is a comprehensive way to cover all your marketing, prospecting, and re-marketing bases. My favorite feature is the Customer Testimonials page they built us to feature on our website that is constantly being updated with fresh content from happy customers with great positive feedback that the Signpost team reaches out to obtain after every transaction. After trying tirelessly to get people to leave feedback on our own, the signpost team takes it to a new level with better success than we've had with any other program. Love it!

Before signing with signpost read it
Unlimited fitness San Diego, personal training servicess worked with signpost for 6 months. We were getting a lot of calls from their sales team and at the end because of especial deal about the refund of money for each month if we are not hitting our goal which it was 5 calls a month, we sign 6 month contract with them.
After signing we had just 1 education calling session about the service which it was not obvious what exactly it is. We did not have any type of calls for follow up for education with person name *. First month we did not hit the goals but they charge us for monthly payment, we had argue before refund and at it end they did not do that and they did not follow up with us to see why we are not hitting our goals. Really poor service signpost is providing to the people. Everything that they are mentioning in first day is just marketing and non is happening after signing the contract. Second month they refund the money. Third and fourth month without letting me know my account manager change and he did not know what is really going on and his name was *, not only they refund the money they did not have follow up about the problems to solve them. Because the guy did know anything about the account it was just wasting time to talk with him. For month fifth and sixth again they charge me and I found out they change my account manager again. Just pay attention how inconsistent company they are. Customer service and service manage super rude. What they will tell you each time is that you did not understand us right.
Just make sure before starting read my experience with them.
What I'm expecting from signpost is the refund of my money for third forth and fifth month.

Just like the previous reviews, major sales hype, no delivery on the promises made AND, here's a bonus for you: They posted a bogus number for our company that was supposed to be forwarded to us. However, it went nowhere. Signpost has DESTROYED our online presence. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND EFFORTS! You would be better off knocking door to door or even cold calling verses using Signpost. They don't deserve the star I'm being forced to give just to post this review.

They do not deliver on their promises; any extras cost more money; high pressure sales with little to no delivery of services; will call numerous times to get you to sign up and then once they have their money expect nothing from them in return Go with another company if you truly want results

A rep call me yesterday and said that I was in contact with a prior rep 6 mths ago and he was following up. I immediately advised that I wasn't interested and he continued to ask what I'm not interested in. Eventually I hung up as he persisted to sell something I wasn't interested in. He recalled immediately and I made it clear that I hung up and it wasn't a bad reception. Long story short the conversation felt like a competition of me stating I'm not interested and he trying to prove that his service was needed. Hung up again and blocked the number. I'm sure I will be receiving a next call 6mths from now (if there are still in business) from a new rep they have charged up and convinced that they can sell us a dream.
Signpost contacted me today. The representative lied to my lady that answers the phone about the nature of his call. He lied to me about the nature of his call. How on earth can you specialize in "helping" company's manage their online reputation by telling lies about the nature of your call or the premise for your call? Maybe this tactic is ok with some people. Around here we do not take kindly to that sort of thing. We believe well founded relationships are built on mutual trust and respect. Not impressed with signpost. If they are this liberal with the truth when getting or trying to get to know you... how will they be when you really need them and there is a problem?
Signpost has always done what the promise to do. I have gained a lot of great positive feedback and reviews through them to help grow my business. Their site is easy to navigate and easy to change things on. I love that I can set up reoccurring coupons for my clients and how easy it is to create new promotions.
Lauren Shapiro, who is my case manager (?) I really don't know what her official title is but she is great. She keeps in touch with me and will spend a lot of time on the phone with me brain storming promotional titles since I am not very creative. This is definitely not the company that is going to sign you up and forget about you. They want success for your business and they are incredibly friendly people!

I signed up w/ Signpost on a recommendation from a family member that had heard of them. From the sales call to the use of the product, this company has been exceptional! We have received feedback and reviews from past customers as well as current. Our customers have been very receptive to the emails and offers as well! As the office manager and head of marketing, I am in charge of so many different aspects of the business. It can be very difficult to find time to follow up with clients. This program offers the ability to communicate with the customer and follow up, without having to remember it myself. My favorite feature though, is that if a customer is unhappy at the end of the project, I am alerted so that I can try and resolve the issues right away. Answer: A contract is reuired, you must pay up front, and they will not allow you to cancel. Stay away!
Answer: Signpost takes a lot of work to reap any benefits; it's not as easy as the pushy sales staff would have you believe. The real problem occurs when you try to leave. They require payment up front (in our case one year), and will not refund anything when you cancel. This is a very shady company, and I would recommend staying away!

They bill you in advance, will not refund what they have billed (even if you quit using the service), and make it very difficult to cancel. Answer: Good luck John. You will have to endure a long sales pitch from a very pushy sales associate. In our case (sounds like others had similar situations), we had to cancel 30 days before the contract automatically renewed. I contacted Signpost the day after their $2,000 charge appeared on my credit card, and they refused to budge. Nothing... Best to stay away from Signpost!
Answer: Dave W, it sounds like you a have a really terrible job, trying to justify the way Signpost treats clients. In my case, I'm out $2,000 with no recourse, for a one year contract that I don't want. Shame on you!
