Do not sign up. It is a scam. They will send you invalid cheques and tell you to cash them. Sent an enguiry and they only told me, we sent you your cheque, now cash it. The bank said no. Listen to the reviews and don't sign up.

Never use SopSmarter. Started using this site just before Thanksgiving. QVC, Sephora, Macys, Best Buy, BedBath and Beyond and other internet site used to buy Christmas gifts for the whole family. No one purchase appeared on my account. Got a message from a customer service in January - ''Some retailers can take up to 7-10 days to appear in your Savings. The next step would be to fill out the "Missing Cashback" located under the "Help" tab if you do not see it within 10 days of the order being placed." Joke! Membership cancelled.

I had received ShopSmarter's $10 check, sooner they charged me back $9.97 on my credit card! What's the point to give a customer a check and then take it back? What an awful company!

I signed up for the trial. I used the website and followed the directions for using their shopping portals. I made purchases, multiple purchases, and none of them were reflected on my account at shopsmarter. I contacted customer support approximately 3 times, all 3 times I was told someone would be contacting me, nobody ever did contact me and it has been almost 3 weeks. Bottom line, they did not fulfill their promise of 10% back and had no interest in helping me out when it didn't work.

Just buy online and have the order shipped and you get 10% in a check. Sometimes they have 20% off days. Twice as good. I love buying at Walmart and Target as I have their store cards that also pay 5% from the merchant. Yes you pay a fee of $10 a month but if you have a game plan you will win big! I hit close to $1000 in cash from this company this year PLUS my store brand discount.

After purchasing at Bed, Bath, Beyond I was offered 10$ cash back. I start filling in the details until I was asked for a credit card number. That's when I stopped! I figured if I'm
Getting money back it should be in the form of a gift card that I can use, like most other rebates I've gotten before.
After reading all these reviews I'm glad I didn't fall for this scam!

Scam! Most of the orders don't get registered. I had to submit a missing cashback request for most of my orders. The biggest amount cashback payouts disappear before the payoff date. Missing cashback requests take 8 weeks to get a denial email. This service offers 10% cashback but you only will get it for very few of the eligible orders. Other FREE cashback services are WAY more reliable.

Many missing purchases, their online missing credit service did not work for me, emailing got some credit but not all, gave up and cancelled.

Made a purchase at Bed Bath Beyond online. My online invoice had a link that said claim $10 cash back on this purchase. I clicked it. I was taken to the Shop Smart site where I could "claim" the 10.00 by purchasing something. I exited. I did not join or provide any of my information, especially my credit card. I then found out my credit card was charged for membership to Smart Shop. I contacted Bed and Bath and they claim it was out of their control but Smart Shop could only have received my information from them. I have contacted both companies and demanded the charge be reversed. Still waiting but I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again and will be making this known to anyone who will listen. This is fraud and it must be illegal for a vendor to share my credit card information with any other company.
