Do Not Trust

They have cute accessories, but recently the site underwent major renovations and they have duped their customers in several regards:

1. Everyone with an account is forced to create a new one "for security reasons". This is obviously a cover for the fact that either they somehow lost or deleted all customer info or that they don't want people already having previous orders counted towards the new "reward" program. Incredibly dishonest

2. Their email does not work, and so we have to resort to complaining on Facebook and twitter, where they still take a while to respond. Why would you close your email when you KNOW that huge changes are going to result in lots of questions?

3. They lie about how long it takes for delivery. The website says 3-7 days within the US, but it is actually more like 2 weeks or longer.

4. They NEVER informed customers about upcoming website changes or potential problems. The new website is a mess, and most products are no longer up.

Overall, I do not trust this company because of dishonest business practices. There are other inexpensive websites that offer jewelry and accessories AS WELL AS clothing. Go with one of them!

I orderd my stuff from this website on June 24,2015. It said that the shipping in US is 3-7 business days. I live in NJ and this was shipped from Dallas, Texas. So, I assumed that it would take approximately 4-5 days. After waiting for already a week, they had send me an email saying that they shipped it only on June 29. I was very disappointed and curios of why it shipped a week after the purchase. So I of coarse did not give up but waited I still waited for another week. They send my the tracking number and when I tracked it, it said that it will come on Monday July 6,2015. So this is already 3 weeks after. On Tuesday, the next day that it should have come, I was waiting patiently but it still did not come. I called my local USPS and they said it is still in Dallas. I was confused and upset. Then I had went on the website to email the company but the website apperently was not working! Now I am just angry that this is all a lie and fake. I still never received the package and if I don't, I will write it up to the police department about my situation. However when I contacted them through my email, they did apoligize and said that my package is on it's way. But in order for me to beleive this, I have to just wait and see what's going to happen in the future. If I get everything correct, I will be sure to say it on my next ShopMissA reveiw.

Amazing

At first I was a little worried about it being fake but once my stuff came it was amazing me and my sister was so surprised and they wrapped everything perfect I will definitely be ordering again and I love that is gives u a tracking number

I've made several orders to this site, and haven't had a problem with any of them. The jewelry and miscellaneous items are cute, about the same or better as you'd find at a dollar store. I've also purchased a variety of makeup. There isn't a huge variety in foundation/powder/concealer colors unless you've got a pale to medium skin tone, but their lipstick selection is amazing. Highly recommended if you're looking for an unusual shade for fun or cosplay.

Update: They now carry belts, and the one I ordered seems to be quite good quality for a dollar; think along the lines of the belts you'd find at kmart or walmart for 5 or 6 dollars.

And their customer service was excellent in helping me when an item I ordered was out of stock; they gave me a choice between refunding the dollar to my paypal or giving me two dollars in store credit.

I have made several orders since my first review and will continue to order from them.

They take a long time to get back to you if you have an issue but eventually they do and they will help you. It was scary to have to wait that long but when they did get back to me they refunded without a hassle so. I'm not all in or all against. Also never order earrings from there as even after I disinfected them they all caused big infections not sure what is in them. For a dollar. They have nice necklaces though

I have got so many of my friends shopping on this site. I love it. Orders are always accurate and shipped fast. I've ordered hundreds of products and two have arrived broken. That's amazing. I check beck often order more. Quality it's amazing for the price

I placed my order one month ago and I payed 20 dollars for shipping and it says on the website that it takes from 10 to 20 days to arrive I emailed them and they didn't even reply and the tracking no they gave me it doesn't work it didn't change the status of the package since I placed the order... At first they said to me that two of my items where out of stock after they took the money of course. If you are going to be ordering internationally I don't recommend it

The items are really $1 and it's safe, but my best friend and I ordered products on the same day, got them a week longer, and we BOTH had incorrect orders. When I emailed to ask when they would ship what I actually ordered, they told me they would give me a $1 credit which means I have to pay $4 for shipping and wait another week for something they should have mailed in the first place. They also tried to tell me that '2 people check each order' - sounds pretty inaccurate to me. Is it worth the gamble? That's up to you, but don't expect them to take credit for their multiple mistakes so you may have to ship the same thing several times before the correct product gets to you and now you've spent as much as you would have at Charming Charlie (who has a better quality version).

Okay so everything on this site is a dollar! It's like an online dollar store for accessories, but with cuter items and way better quality. I was so surprised that the products weren't really junky. The shipping is cheap and fairly quick. The items I received were packaged very nicely and my entire order was accurate. I will be shopping on this site again for sure.
