I made an order that came up to $34. Later when I checked my credit balance they took out $49. I tried emailing them but they brushed me off. On every confirmation email, and order pages it says $34. No where does it say "prices may change"

I was reading mixed reviews about this site but I thought let me try it since all of their stuff are 1$. It's been 3 weeks I still have yet to receive my stuff the tracking number update isn't updating because it's still stuck in Texas they updated saying I should receive my package February 20 but then it updated again saying February 23. I won't be ordering again I would much rather pay full price. Terrible customer service they haven't even answered any of my emails. Don't waste you're time I should have stuck to my ikatehouse I would have received my package already.

My first order was amazing! I got my parcel in 8 days and I live in africa so I fell in love with the website and I order a larger order in cotober now its nearly february and I didnt get it they say that it got back to them and Its been a week that I've sent them my paybal account so they can charge me for extra shipping fees but they stopped replying my emails! I just want a refund and I cant even get it!
UPDATE: I finally got a refund but guess what I've lost the 9$ shipping fees which makes me wonder if they ever sent the parcel or they just ripped my money off! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I ordered two packages and the second packae i ordered came within 2 weeks. The first package took roughly 3 weeks to ship and and i still havent recieved it and it has been nearly a month. I emailed the site three times before i ever got a response. The long wait is not worth it!

First off the Everything is a Dollar is wrong because there is one line of items that are $5, which would be the charm lockets. Other than that every single other item is NEW and only a dollar. I'm sure a few of these items especially in the cosmetics category would be found in discount stores would be only a few dollars. But its a selection that may be hard for others to find. I found my order was all worth it and am more than satisfied.
The most awesome thing is how much dedication they take to packaging. There were multiple bubble wrapped items, along with a thin foam wrapper. Nothing is coming to you broken. I will order from them again for sure. Especially for locket charms I have not found individual charms like this in any store and hate premade designs.

Missing items from my order. Broken items in my order.
Tried to email them. I get ignored. Email them again! Finally a reply! They request copies and pictures of everything. I comply. Then again no reply for days. SO I emailed them again, and posted on their Facebook page. Then finally another email from a different "customer service" rep asking me for more proof! I comply and send them more proof. Again, no reply for days! Then they say "even though our items are only a dollar"... like trying to make me feel bad I'm angry about $3. I told them... at this point it's not even about the money it's about the integrity of a company. If you are going to price things $1 that is not my fault. I don't care if it is $1 or $1000. Nobody pays for a broken item! Nobody pays for missing items. This company is shady! DO NOT DO BUSINESS! You will regret it. Look at all the other complaints as well. This is not an isolated incident.

I ordered some false lashes couple weeks ago and still haven't received them! Never got a email for tracking number or one telling me that they shipped out my package. I contacted them but haven't heard anything back! So I contacted PayPal resolution instead for a refund.
I order items from this company on DEC 04 2015 and i have not received my order yet
They said they shipped my order but when i contact the shipping companies that they shipped the package with DHL said they do not have my package the USPS said they never received
A package only notification that the package was going to be tendered to them but they never received the package and the post office also said the package was never sent because they would have it by now now it's Dec 23 and i still have not received my items so i contacted customer service they keep telling me 7-10 days when DHL and the USPS telling me they do not have my package now i believe i was giving a false tracking number because the items was never shipped in the first place and the company is not trying to find out what happen to my package either because i email them telling them they need to file a claim to find out were the package is so i can get my items and all they keep saying i know your excited to get your package wait 7-10 it's in transit but how is it in transit when the delivery companies don't have the package which lead me to believe they never sent my package in the first place other wise why not try to find out were the package is so i want and refund because i was already charged they had no problem taking my money so i as a customer should have no problem getting my items if i can't get my package i should be refunded after all of this i will not be ordering from this company again to the company you keep a customer by making things right with your customer other wise you will lose customer and you guy should have a phone number were customer can reach you not just an email.
I received my package today and got the complete wrong order. I got garbage that I can't even use than the stuff I ordered. Very pissed and I did write a email. They need to have a number so someone can take care of this $#*!.

I love this site! I love the professional products! The place I was getting some of my makeup was going out of business, so when I seen them on here, I'm like yay! And they're cheaper on here than the store! :)
I ordered from here once with a friend and thank goodness everything came. However, things were significantly different from on the website which was very disappointing since I ordered accessories and really was looking forward to them and giving them as gifts. Think again. I coated them in top coat to ensure they wouldn't turn my skin green.
I ordered a second time which was actually before my first order came. I order on 11/30/15 and was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to be shipped etc. Here I am 12/8/15 still waiting on a confirmation that it will be shipped. I am praying that everything actually comes and on time because I really need my items plus I spent over $40 dollars.
Update: I got my order although at least 6 of the stuff I ordered weren't in there. They also had the gaul to put an "I'm sorry" note in my package with a sad emoji stating that I had ordered some "hot items" and because of that they were out of stock. I also ordered a really nice blue necklace and it was broken so badly and discouloured and I swear it was probably laying in the back of their warehouse for years. I also got a mascara that was WAAAAAAY past its expiration date. Very disappointed. They lost me and ALL my contacts, friends etc from ever ordering again. Good luck without hundreds of orders.

I'm a first-time customer, and to summarize this website in one sentence: you get what you pay for.
I've seen people report their items getting mixed up, but for me personally, they got my entire order correct.
I also haven't tried the cosmetics yet, but from the feel of it, they are quite cheap (as expected for a dollar). Accessories are along the same line, and look pretty close to the pictures (without the fancy lighting, of course).
The shipping took two weeks, so it is a bit slow, and there aren't very many options if you're international, but I'm sure if you're from America then you can choose express shipping. The shipping is very inexpensive too though, so not bad at all.
When I got my order, it was well-packaged, layered in foam and bubble wrap.
I'd say that if you're on a budget and have the right expectations, this website would be good for you.
Will be ordering again in the future.
I can't even express how disappointed I am with this business. I emailed them to refund me because my items were broken, and of course NO RESPONSE. Regardless of how much they cost, it is still my hard earned money that I just spent on broken jewelry. Maybe they will find it in their hearts to quit scamming people with crap merchandise and refund us our money. Do not shop with this site, stay away!
Answer: It can also take up to 2-3 weeks now. They changed things a bit. If you spend more than $35 you get preferred shipping and if you didn't then it will take longer, but I agree you should contact them

Answer: The foundations and concealers are as "healthy" for your skin, as any makeup is. There is a BB cream but other than that, they are as basic as all the other lower priced makeup is. For a dollar, they work pretty well. Depending on what type of coverage you like, you would just need to build up the coverage. Hope this helps.
