Slow you deliver usually.
Very slow to refund! Can take 3 weeks sometimes.
Hosts talk you to death before giving final price! They repeat over and over, and not always the truth, until you are screaming at the TV, or you just turn it off. I would think they would lose many sales because of this. I know they have lost mine many times.
They show ridiculous comparison prices. If you go to other sites and look prices are usually comparable to theirs.
And the website is horrible! It logs me out every time I look at another page. Coupons work only occasionally but when they do they don't always come off the price.
And if I call them it is usually good for a half an hour on the phone. Or more.
At least the reps are usually courteous.
Products are OK sometimes, and sometimes not.
Jewelry is usually okay.
