I recently had an issue with my seller login on ShopiOSx and I was really impressed with the customer service. Jessica was patient and really went out of her way to help troubleshoot the issue, however it still wasn't resolved. I would really appreciate it if someone from the company could contact me and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible

I've been selling my old devices through Shopiosx for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. They make it incredibly easy to ship my devices and the customer service team, especially Jessica, has been incredibly helpful. I've made close to 3k in that time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them after being scammed by sellcell.

I was really hesitant to purchase iPhones from shopiosx at first, since I found them on Offer Up. But to my surprise, the entire process went very smoothly and the shipping was incredibly fast. Not only that, but they offered me a 40% discount at checkout! The phones looked and worked just like they said they would, so I'm very happy with my purchase. Shopiosx is legit and definitely not a scam!

Cannot login

I recently tried to log into Shopiosx.com and had a lot of trouble. My login link sent to my email expired and I was unable to get help logging in. I reached out to customer service multiple times but was unable to get anyone on the phone during the week. This left me feeling frustrated and helpless, they are on the west coast and have no locations near me.

Parking is horrible

After visiting Shopiosx.com in Chula Vista, I was extremely disappointed with their parking situation. There were not enough spaces for the amount of customers they had, and the trade-in policy was very limited. I also felt like William couldn't provide us with enough assistance and it was very overwhelming. Definitely not recommended if you're looking for a smooth shopping experience!

Nintendo switch Lite Blue 32GB

I don't even have a Sitejabber account, but I had to come on here to write about the wonderful customer service and products we received over the holiday. I ordered a Nintendo switch lite with local same day delivery from Shopiosx and it arrived within 2 hours. My sons loves the device. The graphics are amazing and it was very affordable. Even though the color we originally purchased was out (Yellow) we're still happy with the blue replacement that was sent to us. Customer service was also very friendly and assisted me with placing an order since I was a first time customer. This is a steal for it to only be $19.99. Highly recommend this store if you have tech needs and you're looking to save money. The console I purchased from Shopiosx was cheaper then the one I was looking at on target and Amazon. They can't put the thing down!

My kids use their Quest 2 on and off throughout the year. After using it 2 days in a row, all of the games disappeared out of the library and purchase history (even the ones we paid for). VERY UPSET AND I WILL BE RETURNING AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK!
One of the customer service agents, Jessica was very rude and asked me to call meta/oculus about the issue and had NO sympathy.

On top of all this ridiculousness, shipping is expensive, sales tax is even more expensive and what's worse is they charge "service fees" under the guise of other charges.

Coupled with taxes, the cost of the product, shipping and the games we brought I've spent close to a thousand dollars and this device is practically unusable.

Fast Delivery

Shopping with Shopiosx was an absolute pleasure. The customer service was responsive and helpful, and our orders (a Nintendo Switch and iPhones) arrived within an hour! What's more, the products were brand new, just as promised. Me and my boyfriend absolutely love this store they're much cheaper then Amazon renewed and they actually resell everything brand new.

I don't even have Facebook but I made an account just to post this review.

I found their store on OfferUp and decided to give them a try, only to regret it later. I was towed at the store and wasted my money without even being able to place an order. They should have made it clear that their store was located in an area where parking was not allowed - this would have saved me from a lot of distress.

I got my car towed at one of their locations and their corporate has never refunded me, despite my attempts to reach out 7 times. The customer service was bad and it felt like the prices were grossly overpriced. They charge an obnoxious $15 service fee. The customer service agent at the time didn't even feel bad or attempt to help me, she just sneered and told me "I should have knew not to park there" and that it was "my fault I parked there when there's a sign in the store"
Corporate in Menlo Park has offered me NO recourse. The store manager has provided me a $175 credit but I had to pay a whopping $400 to get my car out the tow lot and even more in gas because the car was completely drained because a la the tow company the DRIVER left my car on when he towed it.

The staff told me that they weren't affiliated with the tow truck company, yet they expected me to pay for the tow truck fees. When I questioned this, their billing manager Heather was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like they were taking advantage of me and I felt completely taken aback by their attitude.

I was a loyal Shopiosx customer for months, but then out of the blue my seller account got disabled. They claimed I violated their terms of service when all I did was reverse a payment that made a customer upset. This was very frustrating and unprofessional on their end, and I would not recommend anyone to use this platform.

I ordered a new iPhone 14 plus from them and it arrived factory unlocked, but the wrong color. However, their customer service was incredibly helpful and accommodating - they immediately sent me out the right color without any additional charges. The delivery was also lightning fast and I paid securely through PayPal. Highly recommend this store!

I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com. I bought a Nintendo Switch online and their shipping costs were outrageous - cancelling out any discount that I got. Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I've been a customer of Shopiosx for the past 5 years and overall I've had a great experience. The products are always top-notch and the prices are usually quite reasonable. Recently, however, I noticed that the shipping prices have increased significantly which is a bit of a bummer. Additionally, the customer service can sometimes be slow to respond which can be frustrating.

I just want to say that the staff at their Menlo Park location were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. The price I paid for my ps5 is a bit steep but when it came out it was brand new and really easy to use. All in all, it was a great experience!

I heard about Shopiosx through a friend and now it's my go-to store! Delivery times are fast, they're legitimate and have an e-commerce site that I can log into, they offer loyalty rewards that come in handy when you need them, and the customer service is amazing. I'll never buy from anywhere else again!
I had got same day local delivery in Arizona and the delivery Driver was so nice.

Oculus quest 2

I finally caved and bought Shopiosx and I am so happy I did. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made and combined with the Oculus Quest, it is a game changer. I can play any game in my library without having to worry about cords or wires getting in the way, which is such a relief
They offer fast delivery, free shipping and their customer service is immaculate. This is the way to go if you want a legit e-commerce reseller.

Need to hire more staff
