I recently purchased an iPhone X from ShopiOSx during their sale and, while the processing times were a bit slow, they actually are a legitimate seller. At first I was a bit apprehensive due to some negative reviews I came across, but my experience turned out to be positive. It took around 3 weeks for the phone to arrive after placing the order on July 4th using the JUL423 code at checkout. I have received my iPhone X three days ago and so far, everything is working perfectly fine. If any issues arise in the future, I will update my review accordingly.

Shopiosx shipping was incredibly fast and the fact that it was free through FedEx was a bonus. When my iPad 10 arrived, I discovered that it was not only authentic but also came in its original Apple box (pictures included). The attention to detail was evident as they even included bubble wrap in the packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend ShopiOSx for their exceptional products and excellent service. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

I ordered an iPhone X on 7/15 for local delivery it's a cash back item so after my purchase I was given $19.20 back in cash back. The iPhone X arrived at my house on 7/17, just one day later than expected. Although it didn't come with a box, the phone itself was in excellent condition - no marks, 100% battery health/capacity, and no sim restrictions. I had no issues logging into iCloud either. I am really happy with my order & iPhone and will update my review if any problems arise in the future. IOS runs kind of slow on the phone but I was told by Apple & ShopiOSx it wasn't much I could do for that.

Even though I have bad credit, I was surprised to learn that ShopiOSx payment plans are not credit-based. I spoke to an agent through live chat and they let me know I wouldn't need to provide any sensitive info for my order. This meant that I didn't have to provide any Social Security Number or ID. All I had to do was place my order and pay a mere $30 as a down payment. The process was incredibly smooth, and they quickly shipped the iPhone to me through DHL. Took 4 days to receive it. Few scuffs on the box but wasn't any damage to the phone. I found no iCloud locks or any signs of damage, allowing me to sign in & begin using my new iPhone with my carrier and icloud.

I placed an order with ShopiOSx for the Xbox Series S and Xbox One. I was initially upset with the delayed shipping, as my order was placed on 7/1 but wasn't shipped out until 7/9. I emailed their team a little upset and they told me the Xbox one was back ordered. When it finally did ship, they came in ShopiOSx bag and boxes. The Xbox One X that I received is in great condition and delivers excellent graphics (better then the series S). I did encounter a minor issue with the Xbox Series S, as it appeared to be slightly used and dirty. Thankfully, a quick cleaning resolved the problem. The shipping was free through UPS Next Day Air due to my order totaling over $200. Despite some issues at first in the process, ShopiOSx did provide me with legit Xbox products and even texted me tracking updates along the way to my phone number.

I placed an order with ShopiOSx on 7/15/2023 and received my phone on 7/16/2023 through local delivery. Initially, everything seemed fine as the iPhone had no visible damage and powered on without any issues. My carrier confirmed that it was eligible to be connected. However, upon checking the settings, I noticed a warning stating "unknown part." Concerned about this, I reached out to Apple for assistance and they advised me to contact ShopiOSx. Now, I'm eagerly waiting for their tech support team to respond via email. While Jessica's help was satisfactory, I can only give this experience 4 stars because of the unresolved issue with the unknown part warning on my iPhone. When ShopiOSx tech support resolves this issue I'll be updating my review.

I've had a wholesale account with ShopiOSx since august of 2022, and everything was going smoothly until recently. Out of the blue, they notified me that my account plan has been changed without my request. Apparently, I exceeded my device limit by selling 10 devices in June, which resulted in my plan being increased from $10 a month to a whopping $125. I reached out to their support team and even contacted the billing supervisor, but they refused to look into my case. It's disappointing that their customer service has failed me during this frustrating situation. At this point, leaving a bad review seems like my last resort for some resolution.

I have been a customer of ShopiOSx since Christmas and initially had a smooth experience with my first order. However, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order placed on July 4th. Despite ordering cases, Funko pops, and an iPhone X, the shirt I ordered was completely wrong - they sent me a grey size large instead of the pink medium that I requested. When I reached out to their team with photos as proof, they asked me to return it. As someone located in New York, it is simply not feasible for me to go through the hassle of returning the item. This level of inconvenience has left me feeling very upset and dissatisfied with their service. I live alone and I'm old and partially disabled so I can't go to the post office to even use the label they sent me I've taken matters into my own hands and reached out to their corporate office, but time is of the essence! ShopiOSx needs to be held accountable for their heartless actions towards a disabled customer in distress

This website and company is a SCAM. Never make a purchase through them. We tried to purchase a phone for our daughter, made payment, never received the phone (even though the company provided made false tracking numbers), requested a refund and never received one. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, You will regret it if you do.

I used the buyback program at ShopiOSx to sell my Samsung S21 and I had some concerns about receiving payment. After contacting them, they informed me that the inspection process would take approximately 7 days, followed by another 7 days for payment processing. I received the payment on PayPal yesterday currently, their only payout option is PayPal. ShopiOSx inspection team deducted $40 due to some cracks on the phone I sold.

While the ground shipping did take around 5 business days to deliver to Littleton, CO, it's important to note that this may vary depending on the location. I did encounter a login issue when trying to track my order on the website. Thankfully, Jessica from customer support was extremely helpful and assisted me in resolving the problem promptly.

I paid for a four pack of AirTags from ShopiOSx during their 4th of july sale, where I got a four pack for $20. I opted for DHL delivery and paid a reasonable fee of $6.99 my order arrived in 2 days.

Feels great to support a Jewish owned deliver service & shipping was fast and prompt. Oculus quest 2 works great a few scuffs on the box but no damage to the headset. There's no motion sickness from the headset like I saw on the reviews on the site on ShopiOSx.com

I had an unexpected experience with ShopiOSx, but it turned out to be surprisingly positive. Despite placing an accidental order, I decided to keep it since the item was under $100. Although the shipping took a bit longer than expected (about a week), the AirPods I received were brand new and of great quality. Jessica from customer service played a crucial role in making my experience better by assisting me in changing my shipping method to ground and even partially refunding the extra $20 I paid. Setting up the AirPods with my iPhone was a breeze, thanks to Apple's seamless authentication process.

I am so appreciative of shopiosx's outstanding customer service. They not only gave me the chance to buy the Apple Watch SE for just$ 70, but they also made it simple for me to arrange a payment schedule. Shopiosx's staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, even going above and beyond by offering a user-friendly website where I could quickly track my order. Despite the fact that USPS is based all the way in California and delivers to South Carolina, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that shipping was free. I appreciate your outstanding service, shopiosx!

Aiden who works at Shopiosx saved the day by helping me update my order's address. He was super cool, knew everything about what he was doing, and made the whole thing super easy. Thanks to Aiden, my order will be at my house in Atlanta by Friday. It's crazy how fast they got it all together and shipped it from their warehouse in Menlo Park, CA. I seriously think Shopiosx is the bomb for their awesome customer service and how well they handle orders. A big shoutout to Aiden and the whole team!

The shipping was fast, it arrived 2 days after placing the order. The price was incredibly cheap for the phone at $25 before tax. When I received the iPhone XR, I was relieved to find that it powered on without any issues and there were no cracks on the screen. But there was a small crack on the back of the device. & the battery is only 82%

My iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived at 8 p.m. from their Calabasas store with local same day delivery after I added$ 20 to the delivery fee. Didn't come with a SIM card, iPhone was device was brand-new, factory unlocked, and had a free case.

I am currently on a payment plan with ShopiOSx for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After paying $97 as a down payment for my $875 order, the iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived in excellent condition, packed securely in a ShopiOSx bag. The additional items, AirPods and AirTags, were delivered separately but also in great condition.
