I recently sold my iPhone XR 128GB unlocked to Shopiosx.com and the process was quite slow, however they made up for it by giving me an extra $175 and a store credit for the wait. It was still a great experience overall, and I am happy that they were willing to compensate me for the delay.
I ordered three iPhones from shopiosx on 5/9 and was delivered next day (shipping is expensive). The order was shipped out the next day, and the iPhone XR I ordered came in an open box for only $35. The phone itself had some cracks as it is a used phone, but still worked okay. Even though it isn't suited to gaming, it was a great deal overall.
I've found the app experience to be laggy and slow. I ended up having to jailbreak both of the phones in order to make them perform better, but even then, some lag persists. Initially, Kelly at Shopiosx helped me with the purchase but could not have predicted it isn't able to run games well.
I contacted Jessica about their pricing yesterday morning and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through all the options and I ended up getting a great deal on the Apple AirPods Max, which arrived the same day.
The product worked perfectly right out of the box. I'm a first time buyer with shopiosx, but I will definitely be back for more.
I went to the Shopiosx Chula Vista store to pick up an iPhone XR, I was almost towed due to their confusing parking situation. I contacted corporate at Menlo Park, they were very understanding and gave me a $75 gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. But for the price and service fees…they need to figure out a better way to inform their customers about the parking situation. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase as I got an iPhone XR for only $40!
Had a bad experience with Shopiosx. I purchased an item from their Menlo Park location and was charged an extra $15 for pickup fees. On top of that, I had to drive for an hour to get the item. The customer service staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to help me. This definitely needs to be improved upon in order for customers to have a better experience with Shopiosx.
I sold two of my old Samsung Galaxy S21 phones to Shopiosx I can only give 3 stars they're not near me and the whole process was a breeze. The payout came through the next day via PayPal and the total was $775. What really impressed me was their helpful live chat, which answered all of my questions in no time at all. Great experience overall!

I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 from Shopiosx on 4/15 and was not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took 5 days to arrive, which seemed excessive for a gaming PC, and once it finally did arrive I was highly disappointed. The specs don't match up to the ones advertised, making it sub-par for gaming, and the overall quality of the product was not good. My experience with this PC has been one of the worst I've ever had. Either due to design or manufacturing issues a large percentage of these units have temperature defects right out of the box. My CPU runs at 100 degrees Celsius while idle! Unfortunately I did not diagnose this issue soon enough to return the product but if I could I would do so immediately. It is under-warranty and I am sending it back to the manufacturer, but that means I will be without a PC for a month, about as long as I have had this product. Also, I am not confident Acer can repair it, as they seem unable to build it properly in the first place. Do yourself a favor and but a computer that works as built; leave this one for people who enjoy trouble shooting defective products

I was really nervous about buying an iPhone online for such a low price, but my experience with Shopiosx exceeded all my expectations! Not only did they offer me a first-time customer discount, the product was legitimately sourced and shipped via UPS. I ordered it on the 18th of March and received it within two days. Highly recommend this store to anyone needing an affordable phone!
I was a bit worried about buying drones from shopiosx after seeing some negative reviews but I decided to take a chance and, thankfully, it paid off! The drones came in perfect condition and the extra fly more kit was surprisingly cheap. Shipping was also very fast and efficient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend shopiosx. Additionally, the lack of east coast locations made it difficult for me to find a suitable option for delivery. Despite this, the website was easy to use and navigating through it was a breeze. However, I found customer service response time to be a bit slow.
I sold my iPhone 13 Pro Max through Shopiosx and mistakenly gave them the wrong PayPal address. I was frantic about not getting my $800, but the billing manager at Shopiosx went above and beyond to make sure I received my payment. The customer service from Shopiosx has been exemplary and I highly recommend them for selling phones!
I placed an order through Shopiosx to Mexico and was charged $500 upfront for international shipping. The shipping took 4 weeks and there was no discount offered. I was not at all satisfied with my experience. It's clear that they need to work on their international shipping services, especially if they are charging customers upfront for them! The service was very slow and the company's Beverly Hills location was way too far away from me. A representative helped me & my account was upgraded to the wholesale section but Shopiosx does offer good quality products, but their shipping needs some refining for sure.

I was really excited to order my Oculus Quest 2 from Shopiosx.com after reading some good reviews, but unfortunately it caused me to suffer from motion sickness and I had to return it. It's a shame because the product and customer service/store itself seemed great, but their quality control needs improvement.

I ordered in APRIL - was supposed to arrive in a few weeks, they sent me the wrong tracking numbers 4 times, I have filed a complaint with FED EX and the BBB.
I've emailed, messaged on chat, and it's all lies and stalling tactics - they promised an update in 12 hours, but then don't reply. Now chat is disabled. Called in twice, hung up on.
They said something happened so "sent" the order again - but it's a lie. I attached photos of the tracking they gave me, which is the wrong tracking, I went to Fed Ex and photographed it. It has the tracking they gave me going to a Sam Fletcher. They won't refund me, saying it won't go through, even though I can send them a request. It's all lies, just like their first response to my review.

I was really disappointed when I visited Shopiosx in Chandler, AZ and they didn't have any oculus in stock. It's always the same story, they run out before I can get there. I ended up having to order with shipping which cost me more than it would have if they had it in store. Not satisfied at all!
Shopiosx is a scam. I purchased an oculus and it was supposed to be delivered with next day shipping and it never came. It is never going to come and that's pretty clear, I can't get in contact with anyone from the support team and I can't get a refund, I'm going to leave bad reviews on every website I can. This has been a horrible experience.
I ordered an Apple 2022 bundle from this company on 3/17/2023 and it was delivered by UPS, i was disappointed to find out that they don't have any locations near me. On top of that, their prices are a bit higher than their competitors and the shipping charges I had to pay were outrageous. What's worse is that there's no app to get a response from them on the phone and it can take long times for them to answer your queries. Overall, I feel like Shopiosx needs to make some improvements if they want to compete with bigger stores and online marketplaces like Amazon, Mercari and eBay. This store has the potential to be a lot greater then it is now…
