I love my silver and gold bracelets but I don't understand why the silver one costed alot more since they're the exact same except for color.Doesn't make any sense.

Easy to navigate. I love the braclets only things is they are very small. Made more for a childs wrist thank a full grown adults. I bought 3,1 for myself and 2 as giftsand i will have to but extra links for everyone to wear them.

I was pleased with the service and the bracelets looked better than expected for the price. When I placed the order it said I could pick a free bracelet which I did. I didn't know that I would be charged a separate amount of $1.99 for the free bracelet. Since I paid $4.95 in shipping for the one bracelet and the bracelets arrived together I can't believe the $4.95 would not have covered the postage.

Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!
Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
