I was charged monthly for what I understood was information at the least. I received nothing. Nothing is obviously not no value to ke, yet I was charged and actually paid for i. Since I am not getting my! Money back, I refused to continue to be chaeged. Never si! Ple, very straightforward on my behalf. Since I wasn't n accruing an interest in anything, including any kind of membership interest, I canceled monthly payments of no value to me.

Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
