Not surprised to see the poor ratings. Supposed to be a Christmas gift. It's now Jan 11th - the shipping changed and now it shows it "will be" delivered yesterday! No way to reach anyone by phone. Service online just says if it shipped they can't do anything. So now what? I have to pay shipping twice so I can return it to you? No! FedEx is a mess. Find another carrier. Horrible service! You're in FL. I'm in AZ. Inclement weather where?

This company is a joke. Please do not waste your time, or money with them. You will never see your product. Impossible to talk to anyone, and the only email reply you get is automated. Never dealt with a company as bad as this.
Ordered a full zip hoody on December1 as a Christmas gift and as of the 24th not delivered. No more business for these people.
Placed an order on Dec. 9th, they sent an email Dec. 15th saying the item was delayed. Dec. 17th I get an email out of the blue from Paypal. Not Fanatics, telling me I'm getting a refund. I contact them to find out what's going on and they tell me that the item was out of stock. Why allow the order to be placed at all if you don't have it. Never notified me at all that it wasn't available. Right before Christmas so I have to start from scratch. Complete nonsense.

Worst experience ever with an online shop. I ordered a Seattle Kraken jersey and they said it would be 7 weeks for delivery. Three days later, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I did an online chat with customer support (there is no way to reach them on the phone) and was told the order couldn't be changed because it was a drop ship order. Really? I used to run an online motorcycle helmet drop ship store and I know that orders can be changed, ESPECIALLY when they won't be shipped for 7 weeks. They just didn't want to trouble themselves with it. I challenged it and they then told me that you have only 30 minutes to change an order after you completed it. 30 minutes? No where on their website does it say that you have only 30 minutes to change an order. I pointed this out to them and was told they would add this to their website. Too late for me. Not only are their prices a rip off, but their customer service is non-existent. Their lack of customer service has cost them any future business from me, plus as many other friends, family, and hockey fans as I can personally manage. Stay away from this site and only buy hockey merchandise in brick and mortar stores.

Where to begin. Two orders sent, wrong item. Requested a refund after the second error. Was denied a refund and offered a 30% discount on my third order praying it would be correct. They should have simply let me keep the second order as a mistake and refunded me. Instead I now have TWO items I have to return. I'm not a shipping company nor do I have the time to fix their mistakes. Truly awful customer service and shocking bad for a major league sports shop. I would give it 0 stars but the site won't let me. Went to purchase a toque that was supposed to be eligible for the 25% discount code but when I entered the code it was not eligible and then shipping for a toque that could be sent in a padded envelope for a couple bucks was $13.99.
Spent about $100 on three t-shirts ordered through NHLshop.com. Received one t-shirt that the logo wasn't centered on the shirt (very obvious since the logo is a triangle and sits about 1/2" to the right of the shirt's v-neck). Received a second shirt that was supposed to be a men's long sleeved t-shirt for an NHL team, but instead received a college football sweatshirt. WTH?

I would avoid this company. In my experience, I ordered an item that never got delivered. I kept receiving emails saying the item had been delayed and a new delivery date was provided. The item never came so after 4 months, several phone calls and emails I finally was able to get a refund. It's disappointing that this company is unable to fulfill their obligations and deliver their products. This company seems completely unreliable and I would discourage anyone from wasting their time with them.

I've tried for over two weeks to now get my order from NHL Shop. They are unable to print off the correct delivery address and my order keeps getting returned to back to them. I'm now on the second return to deliver and now just giving up and trying to get my money back. Whatever you do, do not use them!
Don't order from them. Worst experience ever. Waited 2 1/2 months for my order- which was paid in full, to receive email today stating it was canceled.
Wife made a deal that if the Habs beat the Leafs, we'd order a jersey each for the playoff run. That was May 28. A home Gallagher and Caufield Jersey were said to be 3 - 7 days of shipping. Then the email states that this is only once they've received the product from the manufacturer. So skip to June 24, and an email saying they have no idea where the orders are and haven't heard back from the manufacturer. Awesome. Habs may indeed make the Cup final, and we'll be without the jerseys all the same.
Based on reviews here, I guess we're expecting the wrong sizes and missing letters from the jerseys too. We tried to cancel (as per the email we just got) but when you actually go to cancel using their link, you can't cancel anything. A smooth operation they got here.
I ordered two seperate items using the sizing charts. They were both too smart and arrived well after the promise date. Also, I was charged for expedited shipping when I did not request it. Now to return the items I am being charged shipping again. All together I am getting $20 credit for each shirt when all in a paid $49. Cannot even find someone to plead my case. The on-line attendant is automated and useless.
I ordered a Signed Puck with display case for my dad's birthday, and the f-ing thing came without the puck and one of the knobby things to hold up the case, so not only did I not get the puck, but if I did, the f-ing case won't even stand up properly
I ordered an autographed hockey puck for my grandson's birthday on 5/5/2021. My grandson's birthday party was yesterday, 5/16/2021 and I had not received the ordered item. Apparently it was shipped on 5/6/2021 via FEDEX, though FEDEX was unable to give me much information when I contacted them on 5/13/2021. I finally received a notification from FEDEX today, 5/17/2021, that I should receive the item tomorrow. This is pretty ridiculously long shipping time. I only hope the item is as advertised when I do receive it. I was pretty bummed to go to my grandson's birthday empty handed. I definitely will NOT shop on this site again.
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
