I ordered 10 World Cup of hockey pucks. Everything looked ok except the site quoted Cad dollars and it charged my credit card in USD dollars. Would be nice if they told me somewhere on the website it is a USD currency charge and then I would of provided my USD credit card instead of my Canadian card. Second one is the parcel was directed to my office. There is always someone there Mon - Sat. I checked the delivery status and it says cannot deliver business closed. Unless they deliver on Sunday that is impossible. Try telling NHL.COM the courier they use did not even attempt a delivery. Now the parcel is being sent back and they tell me i will get a refund. I explained I don't want a refund I want my parcel. Also the fact if they refund me I will lose out on the exchange s what I get charged out is not what I will get back when the credit card company does th exchange rate. Somehow english and basic math is not a thing they understand nor is customer service. You can't call in and all you can do is either email or live chat which took me 15 mins wait time. In both cases in exchanging emails and live chat it has gone nowhere. I will never buy from the NHL.COM website again. They are just as bad as lids and I thought they were bad. Stick to eBay or amazon instead.
They received my payment and sent a confirmation email of my order that also told me I'd get another email when the item had shipped. Over a week later, I haven't received an email about the shipment or the item I ordered, so I check the status of my order online and see that it is listed as refunded though the money was still missing from the bank account, so basically, my order was cancelled without my permission and I was still charged for it. I emailed customer service and got a canned response until I persisted and got in contact with an actual person. The actual person told me that she would get the item I ordered shipped to me and that a confirmation of the shipment would be sent out in a few business days. I wait another week that goes by without the order arriving or a notice of shipment. Then I contact the person I emailed before about not receiving a shipment email and she tells me that the order couldn't be verified (even though the money is still not back in my bank account), so basically again they weren't going to send me the item I paid for and they weren't going to notify me about that unless I hounded them. Garbage service stealing my money and lying to me.
I ordered a pair of skates from them and then tried to cancel. I was within the 24 hour period by 3 hours but they started stonewalling me saying the skates were a "customized item" & refused to cancel. They acted like they were customizing them like a jersey with your name on it. They also said it was a manufacturer direct item and I couldn't return them. Their definition of "manufacturer" was the company that had possession of them(Fanatics) NOT Bauer, the actual manufacturer. Once they have your money they are not customer friendly in the least. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. Terrible, terrible. Buyer beware!
I order St. Louis Blues playoff shirt to only be disappointed. The material on front was stuck together. Pulled it apart and it tore. Paid 29.95 to have overnight. Now I'm out that money. Said they could send me a new one once I pay to return the defective shirt. Now I'm out an additional 6.00 plus they're sending by regular shipping which may show after the playoffs are over. Totally sickened by flop.nhl.com.
WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THERE! I bought a jersey for my boyfriend but it was the wrong size. They do not accept exchanges so I returned it and ordered a new one. Well, BIG SURPRISE to me that I get an email saying that they DONATED THE JERSEY TO CHARITY! Wtf?! They did not send it bk like a normal company when they are still making me pay for it, but donated it. Also, they said that I got a customized jersey when I didn't it was a Tarasenko jersey. They also said it was damaged, which is wasn't. They said it didn't fall w/in their policy of being unworn and with tags still on, which was also untrue. I am PISSED. This is seriously illegal. It is a scam. STAY AWAY. Also don't assume that you can return something like at a normal place.
I ordered a sweatshirt for my son. When it arrived, I was very unsatisfied with the quality so I decided to, return it. Unfortunately there was no return label included in the package. I contacted customer service who said they would email one. It was never received. After 3 - 4 more attempts at trying to get one emailed, I requested one be mailed to my home address. I was assured, on 2 different occasions, that it was mailed, lo and behold, it was never recieved. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. After approximately 3-4 weeks of going back and forth, I finally decided to give up. I donated the $60.00 brand new (with tags still attached) sweatshirt to charity. I will never, ever even think about ordering from this website again. I only wish I had read all the awful reviews prior to placing my order in the first place.
I ordered a jersey on the 19th of Feb. And then I decided to view peoples feedback on this NHL site since it was my first time buying from them. I usually buy my gear at team la store or other stores. But viewing everybody else feedback on how BAD they were with their shipping and sending out the wrong item or size I started to worry. But with my tracking number I was able to track my item the whole time from Ohio. To Missouri. To bell ca. And finally Los Angeles... Great jersey. On time FedEx shipping. And I am just stoked on my item. Thanks to NHL.com..

My husband tried ordering me a jersey for Valentine's Day and needless to say we weren't going to receive it by the date we selected even after doing two day shipping. Ruined my first hockey game experience. Thanks.
I ordered a women's jersey in December. It ended up being the wrong size, so I sent it back on 12/31 and got confirmation from the USPS it was delivered on 1/4. I never got a credit back to my card so I contacted them. They informed me my item WAS DONATED TO CHARITY because it was a non-refundable item since it was customized. Not only did i NOT customize a jersey, I had to reach out to them to get a status update. I haven't received my money back and asked to escalate the problem and talked to floor support, not a manager. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.
My son ordered a shirt almost a month ago. They sticker price looks good, so as they say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. $49.99 shirt increased to $76.00 after shipping fee (which was supposed to be capped at $20, and International fee). They did charge my account, but still no shirt. Tried to contact, but the only contact is an email. Wrote a lengthy email, and tried to send and got an error message. This site is a total scam. Wish we checked the reviews prior to purchase. The NHL should take some action against this site!
The customer service doesn't help you that much. Usually there isn't anything that they can do, just apologies.
I ordered two shirts, which was shipped separately. The other shirt did ship in time but the other package was lost. I had to wait a certain time until they began to look for the package. This was marked as lost package and they sent me a new one. The product status is "in stock" but now it has taken 4 days from "shipped" status and the package still hasn't left. The customer assistant said the package won't leave until Friday 15th, so at that time there is 7 days delay already. The assistant couldn't tell me the reason why it cannot be shipped. Apparently the status isn't "in stock". The assistant didn't want to help me to find out the situation, so I just have to wait or report it as a lost package again...

Bought a hat on their canadian site. Never noticed they billed me in american money. My $24 hat is now $64.00. Their solution is to return the hat which i have to pay to return. Then reorder again on the canadian site which i did in the first place. How stupid are these people! I will never order a thing from this company ever again.
Wish I could put a negative star. I called to ask a question about a promotion code not processing. The rude lady on the phone told me is wasn't processing because it wasn't valid for jerseys. I informed her that a friend of mine had just used the same promo code the day before and it processed for her fine. She told me that were was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to someone else that could help me and she hung up one me!
I don't get the angry reviews... I know that I'd ordered a sweater jersey/paid for 3 day shipping and would have received it on time had the fed ex driver not been remiss and delivered it to my house instead of some other lucky, yet immoral persons house! Fed ex gave me the run around for a week, calling only to tell me they were still investigating the situation... So I suppose I do understand how people are getting frustrated with delivery services but nhl.com aren't the ones responsible for the actual delivery of our items... We pay nhl, they pay fed ex and at that point fed ex is responsible... Long story short I finally got the man on the phone to admit that the driver dropped my package at the wrong house and when he went back they denied ever getting a package at all... That's when I decided to call nhl customer service expecting to get the run around and instead I was connected with the first person who didn't make me feel like it was my fault, someone who took responsibility for the fed ex delivery drivers mistake, and someone who had a new item in the mail for me the following day... I was baffled and ever so grateful to finally have my problem acknowledged and fixed! Thank you nhl!
Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas late November. Order was shipped Dec 6,2015 with a confirmation email guarantee delivery by Dec 18,2015. No parcel delivered as of Dec 23,2015. Have offered to give me my money back. Not sure how to explain this to my son at Christmas. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL

If I could give a negative 5 I would. I bought a Jersey seatshirt. The vendor they used "lasership" to deliver, the driver delivered to the wrong house. I called NHL shop and instead of refunding me for my item, which is what I wanted, they ship me another. I send it back. Took almost over a month for them to process and then I get an email telling me my return will not be processed for a refund since they replaced the item that the delivery guy lost. Their customer service is pathetic and I will never order from them again. Never! Buy somewhere else! Beware!
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
