Ordered a custom Jersey for my son for Christmas on Nov 28, figuring that a month should be plenty of time to receive the package. Especially in 2016. Well obviously not. To this date, I have not received my package and have no idea where it is. No one will answer questions. On top of this just found out that the "Canadian" site I was shopping on charged me in US dollars. I overpaid by about 60 bucks for what I could have gotten locally. In my opinion this site is a complete fraud and should be taken down. I can't believe the NHL would associate their name to such an awful experience.

Ordered 2 products on November 30th, Delivery "attempted" Dec 6th by Landmark Global. Was home all day no delivery driver ever came by. No hub to pick up the order at and it is automatically returned to the U.S. Multiple calls to customer service, one agent promised a package with the same products be re-shipped which it never was. Will not receive the items in time for Xmas. Refund process will take 10 business days then another 2 to 10 business days to post in my account. Anxious to see if I will actually get a refund after all this. Currently on hold for over 15 mins waiting for an agent.

I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I ordered my husband a Christmas Gift. First it took three weeks to get my order only to have be the wrong size and now I can't get a hold of anyone - their live chat is ridiculous. I wish I could just buy local, unfortunately my husband team is not local I buy from the NFL and never had these problems!

Looks like i am in the same boat as a lot of you. Ordered 5 hoodies for Christmas presents on Nov 30. NHL shop sent them out via Global Landmark on Dec 3 and is still sitting in Burlington (Customs?) since December 6th. Called the company on Dec 15th and was advised 28business days to Canada (even though their site states 11 business days) Very upset and now facing possibly buying alternate Christmas gifts.

Does anyone know if Global Lankmark actually updates the tracking after it reaches Burlington. Would love to hear if someone actually received their Christmas orders!

I ordered a Leafs hoodie as a Christmas gift in NOVEMBER! It is now December 16th and I still haven't received it! Not to mention when I ordered it the website didn't specify that the amount showing was in US dollars I only noticed after I checked my account and saw that what was charged was $40 more then what the email said. I am never ordering from this site again! I'll purchase all the gear from an actual store!

This is a terrible experience - no one there actually cares. It has been 10 days in shipping and it has just crossed the border now. They say another week. What did I pay all that shipping charges for? Please if you want something for Christmas 2017 - order it first week in January.

Ordered a jersey from them & when the package arrived it was for the wrong team. Contacted them several times about getting the correct one shipped. They asked us to keep the wrong order, pay them $30 more & they would ship out the correct one. We filed a dispute with our credit card company. We didn't know this company is in China (not Canada).

Ordered two jerseys, like everyone else, thought it was in Canadian... wasn't. Anyways shipping took forever and the delivery company used "landmark global" never updated their tracking info. So when they did, it says undeliverable cus they showed up after my office was closed and the next day you'd think they'd try again to deliver but instead they sent it back to Ohio. And now cus the jerseys are out of stock, shop NHL told me I would only get a refund and not the items. These were Xmas presents for my husband and son. Thanks a lot of ruining my Christmas.

I purchased a jersey that was regular $179. I got it on sale for $139. I assumed it was CAD because the shipping was in CAD. Turns out it was USD... The next day it was on sale for $70USD. I tried to get a price match or even just something close and they refused. They did however offer me a $10 credit... This is all in USD and so after the exchange rate, I ended up paying $204 (including shipping) and that $10 credit would work out to about $7.50. I wish they were willing to do something, anything! Even like a $50 return to match the USD rate. But they refuse! And to top it all off, when it arrived, the quality felt off! Like it was cheapy or something... We will just return the jersey.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.
The worst experience ever. I think they're actually committing fraud by telling you that you're ordering in Canadian dollars and then charging you in American. When I brought that up to them they said it was ordered under U.S. currency. It wasn't. Plus, it's been two weeks and the order is still classified as NEW - it hasn't been shipped.

Ordered winnipeg toronto and edmonton shirts off nhl.com. They all come at seperate times which is weird but WOW THESE SHIRTS ARE CHEAP... Very thin material... decals look so cheap its unreal the nhl makes something so cheap.and shipping is crazy.If u want nhl shirts buy them at a local store... NEVER AGAIN

Bought a customized youth top - went by their sizing charts - top turns up and its 2 inches short. Customer service first does not believe us and second says this is manufacturer's fault. Am waiting to see how this resolves!
After several weeks of calls and e-mails etc - manage to return the top and get full refund. Had to be very persistent.

I ordered a hat for my boyfriend to be delivered to us in Canada. Used a coupon for 10% and submitted the order. Once the order was completed, the charge on my credit card came to almost $15 more because of the exchange rate. I was on the Canadian site so it would have been nice to see that the amount at checkout was in USD. The order then sat there for 5 days and was not shipped. I needed the hat to be delivered before the end of the year for the NHL Classic games, and seeing how the hat was just sitting there for 5 days with no contact from them I decided to shop elsewhere. So I spoke to customer service and had the order cancelled and refunded. Side note, the rep could not even send an official cancellation email to ensure that the order was cancelled. You literally have to take someone's word for it. The refund then came through 3 days later and was short about $4. I mean yes it's $4, but it's basic math here. If I paid a certain amount of an item that I then cancelled and did not receive, it is only common sense to have that same amount refunded. Ordered a nicer hat off of eBay and it is already delivered, no hassles. Definitely not worth it to buy here, shop elsewhere especially if you're in Canada.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you are in Canada. Their website is backwards and when you have an CANADIAN flag on their site apparently that means you are in their USD site and CAN NOT help you to cancel your orders( Even within 10 minutes of ordering) to avoid conversion fee's. Their customer service including supervisors are RIDICULOUS and I would never recommend anyone I know to shop on this site.

Stay far away from ordering anything from this site. I ordered 5 items all said ships withing 5 business days. It's been 42 days now and I have received 2 of 5 items. Called customer service and don't even bother it's like talking to a deaf child. Ohh and way overpriced garbage.

Ordered a hoodie for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, even though I live 3 hours from Toronto, nhl.com ships from the U.S., so shipping is overpriced (even though they have "revamped" it). Even though I ordered it during a 25% off sale, the price with shipping came to $91CAD for a $20 quality hoodie. The first time it was washed (and following instructions), the iron-on logo started to peel at he edges and wrinkle. Save yourself money: find a sports store to buy your hockey fan apparel. At least you can see if it is cheaply made before you shell out the cash.

I ordered a custom away jersey from the NHL shop. After it arrived, I noticed some lifting on the logo on the front; I assumed it just wasn't stitched all the way to the edges and ignored it. I wore the jersey once. When I got home at the end of the day, I noticed a letter was missing from the name on the back. Upon further investigation, I realized that every logo, letter, and number on the jersey was GLUED ON! I immediately contacted customer service and got a prompt "oops, our bad" email and they agreed to send me a replacement.
So, I waited the two full weeks for the new Jersey and then sent my old one back. Sure enough, one wear later and TWO letters fell off. Now the back numbers are hanging off and the name is missing four letters. That's just from moving it around in my closet. I imagine if I'd washed it, it'd just be a plain white Jersey with nothing on it! It's shameful that they feel gluing is an adequate substitute for stitching.
I will NEVER ORDER from the NHL shop again.

I placed an order on Sunday, September 25th for a pair of sweatpants and a World Cup of Hockey decal. The decal said it would take 5 business days to ship which is totally fine, but it's been 10 business days and my order still says new. I've tried contacting them via phone, online help, email and twitter and have not received a response.

The three other times I ordered from this site were fine, but after this experience I will not be shopping with them again. I just want my money back at this point, but who knows if I will.
