I bought a jersey on their black Friday event because it was on sale. I was looking for a particular player which they did not have, it was Scheifele who doesnt have him! Anyway, because of this I had to get it customized. Three days later, after the sale they actually had his jersey for cheaper than what I paid on Black Friday. Of course I couldnt return it because it was customized or get any money back. So I just sucked it up. This was a Christmas gift so a few weeks after Christmas when it was worn to a game, the plate name started to come off! I checked their website and it said I had 90 days to report. Whew! I contacted them and they said it was a manufacturing issue and will pass it on. I received an email from the manufacturer saying their website says you have 30 days to return so they will not do anything! I sent a reply with a screenshot where it says 90 days and they havent replied. They have just ignored me. I will never again buy anything from this site! I ended up buying another jersey at a local store and have not had any problems at all! Obviously, if you look at the re Jews on this site their press machine for the name plates is a problem! They charge enough they should invest in a new machine or hire or train someone correctly on how to do this!
I literally ordered a shirt from china and got it before i got my shirt from nhl.com. It takes at least 2 weeks to get anything 3-7 is a lie. Iv ordered from them twice now both horrible
The shirt I ordered is too small. There were no instructions in the box, and none online for how to return it. I contacted the company, and they wouldn't give an information on how to return it. I have emailed several times after that and haven't receive any responses. They say they will take returns, but they clearly do not.
Customer service is horrible! And nhl wont so anything about the letters coming off! Why pay this much for cheap material!
Ordered customized Jersey 1/19. PayPal confirmed payment authorization. Got confirmation email. Started checking online and order status says New. Was to ship within 3 business days. On 1/23 Lived Chatted with Carlos and he could not get an update and put in a trouble ticket telling me they would reply within 5 business days. Oh did I mention I wanted this by Saturday the 27th? Called Wednesday the 24th and pretty much got the same replay from the courteous customer service agent that i got from Carlos the day before but led me to believe that they would email me later in the day. No email so called again this AM. Same song and dance by customer service rep. Now I have ordered other nonpersonalized items from here before and after this order without incident. Based upon my issues and some of the other reviews regarding ordering Personalized Jerseys I wil say DO NOT ORDER ANY PERSONALIZED ITEMS FROM THIS SITE! PERIOD!

I ordered four items from shop.nhl.com and One of the items was damaged. Sent a message and they said they would ship me another of the items that was damaged. I received the item 2 days later. No hassles no problems. Awesome customer service.!
I ordered 3 things 5 weeks before christmas. 2 arrived. One item was not as advertised the other item with a customized name was completely wrong and the third item still hasn't arrived. Garbage product and garbage service. (To have the customized sweater fixed (maybe...) I would have had to return it (at my cost) and they would re-send and I would have had the pleasure of repaying the tolls. I ended up cutting my losses and wasting 300 USD, but they "apologized for my inconvenience".
I made an order on 11/24. First 3 jerseys came with wrong number and player name spelled wrong. Same mistake on all 3. I was then promised when a supervisor put in order new that the jersey would be overnighted and delivered before Christmas. Supervisor screwed up and put next day air after the 25th. This screw up cause the jersey to not get there in time for Christmas. Finally received the jersey today 12/30. Unbelievable that it took 5 weeks to get it and they messed up a christmas present. Go to there Facebook page and you will see numerous complaints of same issues. Fanatics does there business and same complaints on there site. Also when they made notes for warehouse they dont even bother to read it. Worst experience ever and I have bought many times before from NHL shop before fanatics took over with no issues.
I placed an order two weeks for a Christmas gift. I had been waiting 3 days for an order confirmation email as my credit card was charged right away but had no idea if my order went through or not. I then waited one week to even get an email stating my items had been shipped. I finally got my package but of course was missing an item. They had charged me for 2 items and only sent me one. Days away from Christmas, trying to get the item resent but surprise you were unable to speak to a live person. They tell you to go on their "online chat" which was only open 2 days a week between the times of 8am - 10am... hello, people work and cannot be on a live chat between those hours? So when I could call, I was either disconnected but "they were having phone issues" or they just couldn't get me through to anyone. I finally got through to someone and they told me they had to check if the item I purchased was still in stock so they can send it out. Surprise again! "sorry, we no longer carry that product". Quick to take my money but couldn't send an email or even give me a call to tell me they no longer have what I need? Yeah thanks! I now have to run all over the city to find the other item I purchased right before Christmas so the gift can even make sense. Thanks shop NHL... Shop NBA is much better! Never have this issue. They treat you better and ship right away! Package received in 2 days, that's perfect. Will never shop with this website again.
Like many others-I ordered, my credit card was charged instantly, and then crickets from shop.nhl.com I ordered my item on December 1 with a ship date of "on or before 12/19". Yet as of today, 12/20 still nothing. After 2 online customer service chats, and 2 phone calls to customer service, I was told they would contact the 3rd party warehouse on my behalf-and to be on the look out for an email with a shipping update.
The 1 star is for the kind customer service rep I spoke with today--he did a great job assisting me to the best he could, and was very pleasant on the phone/
I ordered something a month ago, was told it would be shipped within three days. Didn't arrive within the next week. Called and was told it would ship by the 15th of December. On the 18th of December, I called and after getting the runaround by robots and humans, they finally told me that it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas.

On Friday the 15th I worried that the jersey wouldn't get here in time for Christmas so I live chatted Fernando who looked into my jersey order, he said it was to have shipped on the 11th and he would contact supplier to see why it hadn't. He told me someone would get in touch within 72 hours. Fast forward to yesterday morning the 17th and I called and spoke to a woman who said it had shipped and was to be delivered by the 20th. Phew! I checked my email yesterday afternoon and apparently the jersey is now out of stock and my money will be refunded (AFTER I was told the jersey had shipped!) WTF. Never shopping from here again. Their customer service sucks!

I ordered 2 t-shirts. Both were XL. One fit perfectly and the other one was so tight I could barely get it on. They told me that since they sent the correct size that it wasnt their problem and they refused to work with me. I was told in order to exchange the shirt that I would have to pay $6 to return the shirt and shipping on a new one, making the same shirt cost $10 more. Will never shop there again.
Just ordered a NY Rangers jersey for my daughter for Christmas. This site used to have good, quality jerseys but now sells Fanatics brand. This brand is complete garbage! The numbers on the jersey are cheap iron on patches that will peel off in the wash not embroidered. Worst part is they charge the same price as jersey's that sell on other websites that are a much better quality. Now I'm out the money since it is not a returnable item.
Worst experience ever in regards to exchange and refund. Standard $5.00 shipping defaulted to $14.99 upon clicking submit order button. Customer service reps are completely worthless. Go to the brick and mortar mall instead!
Don't bother paying the additional cost for expedited shipping, you won't get it. This is very disappointing, as the item was a gift and I needed it by a specific date. When I contacted customer service to inquire as to why my order wasn't delivered on the date promised, the representative talked in circles and then tried to blame it on FedEx and the USPS. After a 10 minute telephone conversation, which consisted of her becoming quite rude (because I insisted that she refund the difference in shipping charges) and placing me on hold twice to "speak to someone else about it", she abruptly placed me on hold a third time after snapping, "You know what?! I'm just going to issue you a refund on the shipping charges!" She was never able to provide an answer as to why expedited shipping is offered when the company is unable to honor it and as a result, I will never purchase anything from them again.
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
