I ordered a William Karlsson (Vegas Golden Knights) jersey for my husband for his birthday. Unfortunately I ordered it a size too big. I wanted to return it and they wouldn't let me because they said it was a custom jersey. The only thing that deemed it custom was that they didn't have the players name in stock. They don't have MOST players names in stock, so what are our options people? The "supervisor" Christina was RUDE beyond belief. I took 2 minutes reading her comments and thinking out my response only to be met with "HELLO? ARE YOU THERE?". Worst policy ever. If I had known this I would have NEVER bought from you. I've purchased 3 jerseys and other items and this is the only time I've needed an exchange. NOT a return, but an exchange. I'm beyond disappointed and upset.
Ordered a jersey the beginning of july seeing it would take a few weeks to get here. Two days before the delivery date august 9 i got an email saying it wouldn't be delivered until September 10. This was a birthday present and i you would think beginning of july was good enough time for end of august birthday. Talked to customer service the day i got that email and they said they would email the manufacture and in 5-7 business days email me back. 12 business days later i reached out again because i haven't heard anything and another person told me there is nothing i can do and the inquiry was for expedited shipping even tho the manufacture does't do that. Also can't cancel the order soooooooo now i'm just waiting to see if it ever gets here.
When you order a manufacturer direct item. You must now understand that nhlshop now has no responsibility at all. I ordered two caps t shirts. A Wilson and a Smith pelly. I got them in the mail. They had the right name and numbers. But with hurricanes logos on the front. I called them to return this order that nobody but a donation shop in africa would want. But they washed their hands of the order and emailed the manufacturer to have them email me a return label... Still waiting on the email to set up the return label. And also my money will not be refunded now till the return is complete. So I guess I can kiss that 65 bucks goodbye. Such gosh darn BS. Refund the damn order and or send the right product. These people that run this site are just nasty businessmen that can't deliver on their promises. This is not my first issue with this site. But it is my last
Got what I ordered less than a week after I ordered it, both jerseys came with tags and no defects, would use again.
I ordered my caps gear the minute they won and thinking I would get it in time for the parade to celebrate but little did I know it would be the slowest shipping ever with no eta, next time i will go to $#*!s sporting goods and buy in person

After my Washington Capitals won the Stanley Cup after 43 long years. I thought to myself, wow I would love one of those Championship hats. I woke up the next morning and ordered one, through the NHL Shop to support the NHL of course. Didn't think anything of it, cause it's just a hat. Couldn't possibly take too long to process a single item order that weighs almost nothing. As 6 days pass and I have no word, and money taken out of my account -- my order is still being processed and I am told it will take an entire TWO weeks to MAYBE ship my hat. This is absolutely pathetic as I saw thousands of hats similar to mine at the Washington Capitals parade. Get your $#*! together NHL Shop.

Ordered a jersey with next day shipping by noon and three days later I get an email saying its been delayed. It has now been eight days and I still havent received it. I called to cancel when I got the email, and they said I couldnt cancel because the order was too far along in the process, but yet it still has been a week. I figured this was not the normal situation and was going to return it anyway, so I ordered a different jersey on 6/3. It was supposed to be here on 6/5 and guess what, its now 6/7 and I got nothing. I called support to see where it is and they said it wasnt received by the carrier, so do I want to cancel or have them re deliver? Keep in mind I get no notification about anything. They say it should be here 6/8, yea right. Youre company is a complete joke. I will go out of my way to tell everyone and anyone to never shop on this site. Who ever is in charge of this place is probably a complete moron.
Never choose the will ship within one day option. What they mean is that it might ship the next day but you might receive it in three years. And pay $15 extra for the privilege. Monopolies always are bad and this one seems not to care at all about its customers.
Extremely happy, was a little anxious after reading the negative reviews, but my order arrived after 8 days, and when I opened the package, I was relieved and ecstatic that it was exactly what I ordered. Looks like quality material... so yeah I may order again
I ordered apparel and paid extra to have it delivered on time and it is delayed by a week. Never will order from them again - big mistake - it was for my sons birthday:-(
Ordered jersey at 10pm at night, attempted to cancel 20 minutes later after seeing it would not even ship for tw0 weeks after the season ended, they said someone began working on it already (at 10 pm within 30 minutes) and non cancel-able. If that was true it would have shipped next day. Feel like they robbed me of $300. Dirtbags
Ordered my jersey about a month ago with 3-7 business day shipping. The order came in the right time however they sent a jersey THREE SIZES too big. I immediately contacted customer service to get the correct jersey sent and a return label for the incorrect sized jersey. Obviously I was annoyed, but I know mistakes happen. About 20 days later I had still not received an email that the correct jersey had been shipped. I contacted customer service and they told me that there was an error of some sorts so they had refunded me for the jersey but had failed to send me an email letting me know this was happening. After all this time of waiting around for the jersey that I ordered a month ago, I find out its never coming. Never shopping here again.
I called CS today after an order placed a week ago finally shipped, and then stated it was going to be here in 2 weeks. I called CS to see what was up and all I got was some woman who was hell bent on arguing more than even understanding what my issue was.

Ordered a Colorado Avalanche shirt for my sister as a birthday present. The item took quite a while to get here. When it finally arrived, my sister opened it and immediately noticed that the logo on the shirt was not correct. Upon looking at it myself, I noticed that it was a Washington Nationals logo... no, you didn't read that wrong and I did not mean Washington Capitals... it was the BASEBALL team's logo on a shirt with NHL-branded tags, and the sticker on the plastic bag that the shirt was in clearly said, "Colorado Avalanche" so, yeah... clearly there is NO quality control over at Fanatics if this just slipped by unnoticed.
Contacted customer service via chat on the website. Was asked if I wanted a replacement sent out... seriously?! Was told that they would waive the return fee... like they were doing me a favor or something lol. Was also told that I would need to fill out some paper to return with the incorrect item. Was never pointed in the right direction about where said paperwork could be downloaded and was never given any information about a return label. All the customer service rep said was that the replacement shirt would be sent out. You'd THINK that they would want to make it up to the customer by putting a little hustle in sending out the correct item, but nope... took 3 business days to ship out and just about as long to get here as the first shipment.
When the CORRECT item finally arrived, there was NO return label in the package with the shirt, no paper to fill out, nothing. Had to call customer service, explain the whole issue to yet another person just to FINALLY get a return label sent to me via email. Am so glad to be done with this experience. Will never order from them again. The NHL should be ashamed that this company (Fanatics) is doing such crappy business in their name. This is inexcusable from an official supplier of NHL merchandise.
To top it all off, the shirt is definitely NOT worth the $50 price tag that I paid. The quality definitely isn't that great, in my opinion. About the only positive thing here is that I finally got the correct item.
This is the worst site ever. All I ordered was a gift card March 24th. It said ships in 3-5 business days. Never shipped. I have to contact them. Oh, sorry. Get "shipped" email the next day April 2nd. Says will arrive April 17. NOTHING. I have to contact them April 28. They don't know where it is. I ask "you don't have tracking on your items?" They say "it was mailed". I've asked for a refund... still waiting... betting I'll have to call them again in 12 days. Horrible service.
It took nearly a month to get a t-shirt from the site. And then the sent the wrong one, asked if I wanted a replacement (really?!) and tried to charge me a return shipping fee! On top of that they sent the replacement shirt for their error as the longest ground shipping option possible.
Not sure why this has terrible reviews. I ordered a custom jersey... received a confirmation right away and then a tracking number a couple days later. Tracked it all the way to Nashville. Took about five days to get here and it was perfect! Letters and numbers looked great. It was the right size and was in perfect condition. All around great purchase for me.
I recommend you purchase pro wear from another vendor. Shipped late. Didn't meet delivery deadlines and the tshirt is low quality. In my opinion, they are not customer friendly!
Refunded the $16 i paid to get it here soon. Didn't send full order. Customer service is all "No Refund"
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
