I ordered jersey. Took 3 weeks to get email about it being backordered... 2 days after that i noticed they had camcelled my order. I called amd asked why... they said no stock. So I went online and could reorder my order... if tjere is no stock why can you order it. Waste of time this company... oh and the 40 spam emails fro fanatics after I did this order. Forget it stay away. Customer service was useless.
Used clothing sold as new? Daughter found a chapstick in her sweatshirt when she opened it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I had her try it on. This is gross. Advise.
I have a hard time finding San Jose merchandise for sale in Ontario so I order most things offline. My husband ordered me a sweater and touque from nhl.com for an anniversary present. It has been pending for a week and after talking with customer service yesterday and reading more reviews, I am not impressed at all with their service. They have more disclaimers than help for their customers. I would not feel comfortable ordering anything from this site ever again. I am very disappointed with the whole process, the lack of info and customer security provided.
Bought a Heritage classic Winnipeg Jets Jersey Fanatics. 180.00 order Recieved a Edmonton Oilers 20.00 T shirt instead. Call customer service told me the speal of how sorry they were and that there were no more jerseys in the size I ordered. Would only refund my money once I shipped the t shirt back. Once recieved they would return my money. Also for their mistake gave me a lousy 15% off next purchase which was another slap as the site usually advertises 25% off. So angry and frustrated. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Bought a Petterson Jersey from the site because of the Christmas promotion they had as it was about the same price as from the Canucks Store shipped to my address (with my Season Ticket Holder Discount). I figured they would be the same as the Canucks Store as the Canucks website links to this store...

I noticed that the numbers were peeling off already!
#1 - Why are the numbers glued on in the first place? Every other jersey I've purchased from the Canucks games they are sewed on.

I talked to customer service, the lady I have to admit was very nice on the phone. However, because of the time it has been, there's nothing that they could do.
My bad for not checking the merchandise after I received it but ironed on numbers? What a joke company. Should have read the numerous reviews online prior to purchasing and not assume it was the same stuff at the Canucks Store. Buyer Beware!
After ordering a limited edition jersey, they sent an email more than 2 weeks after the order telling me that they received my cancellation request despite me not asking for a cancellation. In live chat the customer service rep stated the warehouse had cancelled the order because the jersey was out of stock, yet their website still showed 1 available. No customer service other than "you'll get a refund in 7 - 10 business days, if you want the jersey check the website yourself to see if it comes back in stock". Unbelievable.

Returned one hat and got less than half the original price back because of a MANDATORY $10 return label fee subtracted. (A fee that's only mentioned when you're 99% done processing the return). More than double a standard shipping cost, just to ship the hat back one state away from me to the return center. Would have no problem paying a few bucks for shipping, but double a normal shipping cost?! Paying more for the forced label than the amount of money you got back for the item?! It also looks like the $10 fee is a fixed fee for returns - no matter what the cost of the item is!
Straight up scam and will never buy from these morons again.
I have been looking on this site for LITERALLY weeks waiting to buy at the right time. I mean, weeks! Months! Studying their deals and special codes. After a lot of researching, trust me, a total joke! They're always the same price no matter what!
OH, and want to know why I didn't just buy the first time I thought I was getting a good deal... Because after spending hundreds, I get to the final checkout, and they had NO WAY OF GETTING FREE SHIPPING! WHAT?!?! Spend that much money and they will ALWAYS charge you an extra $15 for shipping. Terrible business. I went elsewhere.
So, with all the bad reviews I figured it couldn't be that bad, boy was I wrong! Ordered a jersey the first of September and there is no info on shipping until they get your money. Once I ordered I got a shipping date of September 25th and delivery of October 4th (going to game 1 in Vegas Oct 2) so I called to cancel my order and was told "sorry there is nothing we can do because it's a factory direct order but it's in the shipping stage to it will go out soon" well here it is September 27th and still shows "pending" on the website so I called again. This time I was told "your order was out of stock but should be shipping soon"... this website and customer service is a joke! Tried to cancel my order again and was told the same thing about being a factory direct order and I would take 17 business days for a refund after they get the order back. So best case scenario I'm looking at 2 plus months of waiting to get my money back... DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE AND TELL TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE!
We were leery of ordering through Shop. NHL because there were so many negative reviews. We ordered a specially made item on July 2nd and received it on July 19th. This is exceptionally great service for a speciality item. We have ordered from other sites and it has taken far longer to receive a generic item.
When there was a projected delay we were immediately informed and the item arrived exactly on the date promised.
My item was exactly as ordered. I am more than satisfied with this service.
The most worthless online shop there is. Do yourself a HUGE favor and just find somewhere local to buy from because this operation is worthless and NEVER spend money for expedited shipping because it won't happen.
First problem is when you order something they don't tell you shipping time until you pay. Then you find out two or three weeks before they ship it but still take that next day shipping fee even though they know it won't. Then when they tell you it shipped it didn't. They printed a label and the package apparently sits around for several more days before it actually goes anywhere. I've got tracking numbers that don't work, packages that don't show up... NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THE NHL SHOP.
Ordered 3 items on the 13th were supposed to be delivered in 1 to 3 business days. Only one item shipped and was not notified the others still have not shipped. The status just shows pending. No idea if or when I will even receive the other two items
Ordered on the 13th. Never got a confirmation email and when I called (thank to you all posting their number on this site) and put in my phone number, it said it was still processing. Total crap! I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER!
Placed an order and was told 1-3 business days. This was for a gift and it still hasn't shipped a week later. I ask to cancel the order so that I could get somewhere else on time. Refused to cancel and it was obvious that Quashan in customer service had no interest in trying to help.
Ordered a gift on Wed with $10 for two day shipping. Wanting it by Saturday for my husbands birthday. Tracking says will be here Monday. Representative said. Ordered Wednesday. Shipped Thursday. Two business days is Monday. RIP OFF. STANDARD shipping is 3-5 days for free. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN and we love hockey.
2 items ordered. First was a discounted end of line jersey. Product delivered on time and was good. Second was custom ordered with player name. Delivery within 1 week. 2 weeks later still no product. To cancel order, now have to wait an additional 3-5 days for confirmation... the playoffs will be over by then. Unfortunate as this was my second vendor. First one "sports jerseys canada" emailed right away saying product not in stock and refunded day 1. I would check them out first as they seem way more reputable.
The folks that run this place are a sick joke. They sent me the wrong size jersey FOUR TIMES! Every time I called to get things sorted and fixed all I got was "return the jersey and place a new order." 4 orders later I still have the wrong jersey. They have zero respect for their customers, and couldn't care less if you got what you ordered or not.
It amazes me that something as large as NHL could have a shop as poor as this. I will never be ordering from here again, as Amazon, Jersey City, Lids are way more reliable.

Bought an Montreal Canadian Adirondack chair in early January 2019 with a ship date of March. After multiple attempts to reach NHL shop, I was told it was back ordered. Then was delayed again. After a 4th request, I got an email in May 2019 (4 months after purchase) the order cannot be processed with this mention: ''When we're unable to fulfill an order it's usually because the item is no longer available or because it's a custom order in violation of team licensing guidelines''. But the item is still available for purchase...
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
