Terrible customer service
They have no idea on how to treat customers. They shipped my order with a courier that doesn't deliver. I have had to contact them three times about a refund or reshipment. Such a headache.
IT SAID MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVVERED TO MY HOUSE I CHECKED WHEN I GOT HOME NOTHING WAS THERE I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM I BUY THERE STUFF IN THE STORE I SUGGEST ONLY IN STORE.
I tried ordering a pair of leggings for my daughter with a $100 gift card that I got her for her birthday. The card didn't work. I get a different error message every time I enter or scan it. Tried calling customer support… 3 hour wait! Tried using the chat… doesn't load. Contacted them by email… took 4 days to get a response and all they did was ask for a picture of the error - which I had already sent in my initial email. Now I'm stuck waiting for the next response. I don't have high hopes of them resolving this online and the next store is 2.5 hours away. You'd think a company that sells $100 leggings would have better customer service than the Dollar Store but nope…
They don't deliver your merchandise and after they accuse you that you stole or.they want you to go around the neighbor to accused them that they stole the package. I live in a gated community 13 house with a full time housekeeper and handyman who where here when the package was suppose to have to been delivered.
When you ask to speak with a Menager they don't have one ////
The company use a third party service for delivery who doesn't have a gate code. She new for sure that he had it///
The only people that have a gate code are fedex amazon and ups i have the list other have the call.
Ordered a pair of shorts. Waited 2 weeks. Shorts never came. Called customer service. They have no idea what happened but they did refund my purchase. Ordered same pair of shorts again. Did not recieve my shorts AGAIN! I called customer service and they say the package must have been lost by the carrier. They refund me again. I ordered ANOTHER pair of shorts……let's see if they actually come this time……
I would rather give a zero. I order sometimes my money was taken and no shipping date has been provide. I have tried contacting by phone, email, website no answers. This company has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not sure how to cancel my order and get my money back.
On July 9 2023 I went to Lululemon at Square One. The cashier was extremely rude and self righteous. She basically threw the receipt at me. They have to educate their employees to be professional and polite. After spending over $300.00, I deserve kindness. I won't be shopping at that location ever again. Check yourself!
If you are a healthcare provider or doctor you get a discount. But if your a dentist, they do not recognize you as a doctor. Oh a DDS - doctor of Dental surgery. Oh I give injections in your mouth, surgery on your gums, implants and biopsies. Nope your not a doctor forget you have a license and DEA. Worst ever. Will never buy their crap again.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! No tracking for fake order numbers and no customer service to email. DON"T LOSE YOUR MONEY OR GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFO.
Lulu and laser ship do not speak to people. They deliver to wrong address but will not state what address they deliver to.
They will chat but promise investigation after 30 minutes of chatting. Then you are left trying to get a refund. They try to give you store credit in place of a refund to cc.
Long term customer. I will not buy online from them again
Beware of the refund process. I purchased a jacket that went for hemming. I returned to the store 3 times to pick it up. But the hemming was never completed so I asked for a refund. Getting a refund has been a very painful experience. Apparently the store can not give a refund?
They insist on calling me for credit card information but I have not been able to connect with them. It's been over a month and still no refund. I'm not sure why they cannot simply refund the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Very simple, everyone else is able to do it. I will now boycott Lululemon and will share my frustrating experience.
We went to return a Gift. We told the girl that that is what we were doing
She took the object and from nowhere she said. "Money is back into the credit card." I said that is not what we wanted. It's a gift and I'm giving you a gift receipt therefore I'm expecting a gift card. She said " sorry it's too late. You have to call costumer service and see if they can fix it for you. She should have call and fix her mistake. No intention to do it. We asked for the manager. It was even worse. When I was going to explain what happened. He said,"I heard and there is nothing I can do"
He did not let me talk.
Can you imagine! Now, my mom is supposed to go to the person that gave her the gift, for the money!

Lulu should be ashamed for firing employees for trying to protect their store from a robbery. Disgusting. I can't support a business who doesn't support loyal employees. They are just worried about the liability.
I reported this Lululemon impersonator to the actual company. Made the mistake to order from them mid April. SCAM. I had to replace my credit card and obviously no clothes were sent to this day even though they sent an active shipping link. All the emails for contact are fake.
I'm appalled that the CEO doesn't support his best employees. In future, when robbers enter, just walk out on lunch break. You'll get promoted.
Poor customer service I have experienced in the past, I never shopped there again! However, I'm passed iff that the CEO stands behind the firing of its employees for calling 911 on shoplifters! I know it's only merchandise but that is total BS! Hope they go under
Woke company that place loyalty to criminals over their own employees. Fires employees for bring loyal employees. Boycott and let criminals enjoy free products.

Only cancel the order within 60 mins after I ordered. Well, ok, can you pls update the shipping address? Yes, only after 3-5 days. Excuse me, what is the point you change the address after the scheduled delivery date? The most inconvenient online shopping experience and the worst customer service. The customer service kept stopping what I was trying to tell him and hanged the phone even before I was ready to end the call. Lululemon, if you have so many policies and restrictions for online shopping, pls make sure you have enough staffs to assist and support 24/7 behind if you want to make money 24/7! Otherwise, how can you expect customers to cancel the order within 1 hour without anyone there to assist after business hour. If it is not the business and you dont provide service for online purchase, then pls let them know and dont try to make money with no service and strict policies.
I had a gift card - in trying to use, the code needed peeled off even when I tried to gently remove. I spent an hour online with someone who was really unprofessional and would disappear without updating on the process - I never knew is she was still online. In the midst of our chat, she responds "heart attack" - is that code for something? Or was she mixing up our chat with her personal texts? Alarming. She could not resolve. I got passed along. They said I'd have a new card in my email in 1-2 business days. Now 8 days later, I reach out - still nothing. "Oh, looks like it didn't get coded right. You'll have that in 1-2 business days." I'm removing Lululemon gift cards from my gift ideas from friends & family! Shocking for such a large company they have such poor customer service. Disappointing.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
