This is the worst company to deal with. After first wear of leggings, the crotch area unraveled and came apart. They will not give me a payment credit, only a store credit. Why would I want another pair of over priced, poor quality leggings? I would expect better customer service from a highly rated company.
Had a gift card from Xmas. Store has the original receipt. Manager wouldn't Honor it. Awful service!
Ordered online. Never got it. When I asked a representative why I never got it they said because it's "outside of their timelines". So lesson learned- don't shop online with lulu.
My size wasn't in the store. Associate ordered correct size. Was supposed to arrive before an international trip but was delayed and didn't arrive on time. When I returned home 3 weeks later, no package anywhere. Lulu lemon did nothing to help me because it was over 2 weeks. I paid for an item i never received. I hate them!
I've purchased a few things from lululemon over the years and have found that within the past year or so, quality is suspect. I like the fact they have different types of colours that are different from anyone else's. So I bought 4 shirts and each cost me over 60.00. Not the problem, but if you wear them more than once and wash it, threads start looking like a used shirt that's been worn for years. I expect more or price reduction to understand that they are cheaply made and I can shop at a store who offers quality and equally expensive prices. Not one or the other. Terrible quality and I will rethink shopping for anything else.
I ordered 3 months ago and followed up 10 times and received no answer. Every time in the support system got disconnected from their server. Ordered 2 items and received just one of them and still following up for the item but there is nobody in this. Company to answer.
They have an image in their site, but yet you can't find it anywhere and don't even waste your time with their live chat, it's completely useless. People they have working is just so in knowledgable of what they're representing. Expect to hear a lot of " I'm sorry, but I cannot provide you with the answer because we don't know" " I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you because they don't tell us anything" shame on you Lululemon… overpricing your products, barely have any products on sale, and if they are on sale, they're still expensive. You guys really care about your customers.
I ordered some items online from lululemon. Wanted to return one item. After several try's could not get a return authorization or any kind of response. Tried calling local lululemon store near me and couldn't get anyone to answer phone or return my message.I will never order from them again. Can't believe the customer service is this bad!
After Lululemon acquired Mirror, it has a "terms of service" form that you must accept before you can use the new Lululemon site or your Mirror equipment. I read the terms and as an attorney I can say that it is one of the most onerous ones that I've ever seen. But I can't access my Mirror until I accept the terms of service. This appears to be an adhesion contract -- either you accept the terms of service or you can't use your mirror which you bought for around $1,800. Even though I've never accepted the terms of service, Lululemon is still charging the monthly fee. This seems ripe for a class action suit by the Mirror customers.
I ordered online 6 weeks ago and still don't have my item. Called 3 times as it said shipped and I was charged for it. I was told they were short staffed and it would be shipped, they created the label. 6 week later still stays label created. Finally they have offered to refund me. The point is I wanted the item, it's still available and I can't get it sent. They offered me a $20 gift card for my trouble, which I didn't accept. I will no longer shop there, there are plenty of other Athletic stores to shop.
Lululemon customer service is an insult to its customers. Twice in December I ordered and was charged for items that never even shipped! Then I had to make repeated calls - customer service hours are very limited - to beg for my money back. In both cases I had to wait 3 weeks for my refund. Also, I asked for a discount code to use on a future purchase to help compensate for my inconvenience and was refused. I will not order again. I have moved on to Vuori.
I never we received my order. After spending 30 minutes on hold. I was finally able to speak to someone. I asked the operator to send me a confirmation of my refund and she said no, it's already noted on my account. I said I wanted an email confirmation because I have no proof that I called in and spoke to someone who told me that I'll be getting a refund. She refused. Hopefully, i got my refund but I'll have to wait 3 to 10 business days to see. And if I don't, I'll have to repeat this process. The operator was very rude and did not answer my questions or understood why I wanted an email confirmation.
Some cashiers st check out need to learn how to fold the clothes before putting it in bags.
I spent $400+ at the store in Cabazon CA. All the clothes I purchased were all wrinkled. Cashier at checkout just rolled it, didn't bother to fold.
I have been a member of their Swear Collective fitness instructor program for over 8 years. I have been a loyal supporter of their's for almost 10 and spent unimaginable money both in stores and online. As of the past 2-3 weeks my app no longer allows me to use my discount that I rightfully have. I have reached out to 3 different departments all telling me to reach out to someone else, all to be told I need to reapply to the program but they are currently not taking new members. I am ABSOLUTELY furious. The lack of help and professionalism in their staff is completely disgraceful and I couldn't be more disappointed. I'm continuing to reach out to different departments but it looks like they could care less unless you're a social media influencer with 1 million followers. Very sad to see
They show a big discount to customs, but they didn't sell it at the price. Its some kind of cheating.
Received damaged product. Left in virtual chat for hours only to be told they are working on "preferred" customers first and I should try back later in 2023. Buyer beware! For as expensive as a product the sell, they have the worst customer service!
Ordered 2 items, one arrived. The other item, a Christmas gift that was supposed to be here in time, never made it. Tracking info shows it started at their distribution center in OH, went to SC, then MA, then back to them in OH. I live in AZ. Tracking info has said in transit the past 4 days. The item is out of stock as well. No one can tell why it went back to their distribution center. No one is going to look into where it's at. I can just get a refund and NOT reorder since they're all out. Oh and no apology either.
Both online and in-store experience were absolutely awful. I've been a loyal customer to Lululemon for years. This year mark the end of it, I can't understand how to still have customer after how they treat them. I've been contacting GEC chat multiple times, seriously got the chat closed to my face AT LEAST 30 times. 1. Ive never been disrespectful and 2. I was not AFK. They politely tell you to f*** off and close the chat without providing any assistance if they don't have an right-away copy/paste sentence to answer your question. GEC resolution team is just as bad as chat service. In 7 emails I have not received any useful feedback or assistance; again they send copy/paste paragraph. In a year i've bought over 10 pairs of leggings, two outdoor jacket, 7 joggers and multiple bras. Not a single item is still in good condition. Jackets are pilling like crazy inside, all my joggers waistband are folded in half and don't hold anything, leggings are all pilling as well, sport bras straps are now loose and i'm 32A, not 36DD. To me this is a MAJOR QUALITY ISSUE. However don't think of reaching out asking for assistance with a quality issue, they will ignore you, don't assist if they do respond and you will waste your time. In-store experience was just as terrible, i've been told my the sale representative that Lululemon never sold any Align in 28" and to go shop somewhere else after I politely said I was looking for the lenght 28" and couldnt find it on their shelves. (I have 4 pairs in Align 28 at home...) I've been waiting for over 6 months for resolution, still none. Do yourself a favor and go shop somewhere else. Lululemon is now just a name, there's absolutely no reason to pay a high-end price for this cheap quality and awful customer service.
They sent the wrong leggings. I called and was given a label. They were supposed to receive them back yesterday per tracking. I called because now it looks like the tracking is turned around and they are on their way back to me. These "Educators" I think are trained to sound really soft spoken and sweet but even using that tone they speak over you, cut you off and are just rude. First and last order for me. Plus I had to sit on hold listening to a recording lecturing me on inclusion, diversity, racism, and bullying. I'm here to buy an item not be lectured by some clothing company
Very disappointed by your " hijab " product. Right at this moment that Iranian women are getting tortured, raped and killed for not wearing " hijab " your company decided to sell scarfs. Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
