Bought 2 pair of leggings in a moment of weakness. Both snagged within 30 days of each other. I heard that they warrant their product and so I went to the store but was dismissively told that their 'warranty' only applies when the stitching comes apart. My daughter convinced me to give the company another chance so I went to their online 'chat' site. I was suspect when the intro line (before I even asked a question) was basically an admonishment about what's NOT covered by their product warranty. I was dumbfounded though when very next statement from the rep was basically 'get lost'. Under 15 seconds from 'hello' to 'screw you' is a new record in my world but probably not in Lululemon's world. At $150 per customer ($300 from idiots like me who bought 2 pair at once), I guess they can afford to stay in business without repeat business.

Ordered an overpriced jacket for my daughter for Christmas at the Huntsville, AL store. It was too small. When I went to return it, first they said they couldn't take it back because I didn't have the original receipt or the tags, although I had the receipt they emailed to me. Went home, found the tags, went back to the store. After some discussion back and forth, they finally let me return it, but they said they couldn't order another one in a bigger size for me. They said to call other Lululemon stores and see if they had one. I called three stores that did not answer and did not return my call. Terrible customer service!
So disappointed! Premium prices without the minimum of customer service!
Bought a pair of joggers and had to exchange them. Not found online, was told we had to call to locate them on our own. In the meantime the associate held the gift card and didn't give it to us when we left. I spent an hour calling, found the pants but then realized where the gift card still was.
Called the store, told to call another number. Re-issuing the card but it takes 24-48 hours. Called the store back and they WILL NOT hold the pants until the new gift card is issued! Against policy and then when I asked to make an exception, she hung up on me!
Ridiculous!
Order 3 items on December 3rd. When checking out all items in stock. Received 1 item np. Waited weeks. Received email stating good news. The rest of your order has been shipped. Waited for 21/2 weeks. Christmas comes and goes no delivery even tho it stated guaranteed delivered by the 24. So one present short. Used on line chat was told item not in stock. Which should have been stated at check out out. So no recourse and no compensation. No apology.
Currently feeling pretty let down by lululemon and their customer service. My boyfriend purchased an item for me with the guarantee that the item would arrive by 12/24 or the item would be free. We still have not received the purchased item and instead of receiving our item for free, we are being offered a gift card, for a lesser value. After speaking to customer service regarding the advertisement for a refund on the item, they let us know that while they value our thoughts they don't offer compensation upon request. The only request we have made is to receive the refund for the item that THEY guaranteed. This was very obviously false advertisement, and it's really disappointing that they are now making us feel as if we are asking for more than what was initially guaranteed. Please make this right!
I ordered from Lulu Lemon and was guaranteed shipping by Dec 24th. I read the tracker and it stated my package would not arrive until January 10th. I called customer service and they assured me that the package would arrive by the 24th so I decided not to go buy another gift for Christmas. The package was not delivered on the 24th and I did not have a gift for my family member.
Went to the store in Carlsbad, said it had the product I needed ended up not having the size I wanted. Sales person said no worries it will be here on the 24th if you order it online! Great really in 4 days it will be here? Yes no problem! Sold! Guess what got an email 2 days later oh your product is on its way... January 4th! So I sent a text to their online service and all of a sudden it will be here the 24th! Well it's 11:06 on the 24th and guess what not here! Check email I have a new update on my shipment... won't be here until the 26th! Why drag your feet? I would have gone to another store that had it and bought it to make sure I had it on time! Never again will I order online and trust the date! Be honest and tell the costumer the truth so they have the option to buy or go to another store! They are only in it for the sale! Such crap!
Horrible customer service after confirmed delivery was not made. They hold merch hostage for days to "confirm with fedex" then confirm they lost package and refund me an amount short of what is owed. Had to chase them down constantly to do the right thing and they left me without products just before Christmas. Never order online. Super sweet customer service lacks usefulness. They just don't care.
The pants arrived used with creases in the leg, knee areas. The color is of grayish black. Again, used. Customer service was not customer-friendly, to say the least. They questioned my assessment and did not accept any responsibility. When I asked to return, I had to submit 20 questions. Very disappointed!
I bought a pair of leggings, on clearance, on their site. Due to the fact they have a no return policy (which in and of itself is beyond ridiculous) I meticulously reviewed the sizing chart and even went so far as to remeasure myself. Based on the sizing chart, I ordered what appeared to be the correct size. The product arrived and is WAY too big. Way way too big and now, I'm not allowed to return them, tags on, unworn. Complete bull$#*!. Never again, there are too many other companies out there that will work with you. Lululemon not allowing returns on clearance items, even though their size chart is incorrect, is nothing short of scammy.
I can't believe this company does as well as it does with it's horrible customer service. I finally broke down and decided to order my first pair of Lululemon leggings. Five days after ordering, I received a notice that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called the number given to me in the email and was told they were experiencing high call volume so I could opt to be put into the line to receive a text. I entered my information and waited for my text. Three hours later, I received a notice that they were closing for the day but reply yes to receive a call in the morning. Fast forward FIVE days, I received a text that they were ready to help me. At the time, I was at my son's soccer game so I didn't reply for 30 minutes after receiving Lululemon's text. It has now been 3 hours and they have not replied. Why do I think it will be another 5 days? I find it hard to believe in this day and age, people put up with this. I buy a lot of exercise clothing and was excited to receive my first pair of leggings from Lululemon. I will not be ordering anything from them.
I started purchasing yoga clothes from Lululemon, your company for 7 years when a yoga bra is almost 100.00 and the fit is an issue, I took the tags off walked around with it in my home, to make sure it would work, Well it didn't work & upon returning to the galleria store the female managers was quite rude, I understand policy but I the material was cold from the outside temps your manager accused me of the item being damp. You have lost a customer who has supported the business for over 7 years
Best of luck in training younger people to deal with your customers in a professional manner, there is quite a difference in how to handle customers.
If you need xmas presents in a rush you are better off with going to their store, it takes 5 days for the express items to arrive, compare that to Amazon's 2 days.
Since Lululemon won't approve this review on their website, I am even more passionate about sharing my experience. I have been a long time wearer of Lululemon Align pants. I own about a dozen of the 21" and 25" lengths. My most recent purchase starting pilling after just one wear/wash. Considering the price point of these pants, that is completely unacceptable! Also, since searching (not too difficult) online, I've been seeing more and more reviews about the pilling! Of course, this isn't shown on the reviews online on their website but other websites. Anyway, I called wanting a replacement and have been given the runaround. I am so disappointed in their customer service and this experience that I will never spend another dollar at their store. At this point, I will most likely never get a replacement but I want to warn others to not only count on the reviews on Lululemon's website. But to make sure and look for reviews elsewhere.
Whatever you buy, make sure it is exactly what you want and don't even consider buying something as a gift. The customer service is not anywhere near the level of their price point. I tried returning product by mail with the original receipt within the return window and I felt like they thought I was a criminal. They claim to have managers to escalate problems and after 2 1/2 hours of time I was finally able to come to a mediocre resolution and was told that next time I had to send pictures of my receipt via email. I don't know where that clause came from but I did finally get my money and am done shopping at Lululemon. There is a reason "lemon" is part of their name
I used to love Lululemon but honestly I will take my business elsewhere! My order NEVER CAME and customer service didnt do anything to help! $800 worth of products this is ridiculous!
My husband received a pair of pants for his birthday. We first tried to return them without a receipt and were told only an even exchange and no store credit. Then we received the gift receipt and it was same run around. We finally had the real receipt and we one day shy of the 30 day window and the manager at the Bridgewater store was talking under her breath to the sales associate making smart comments about the 30 days. They will never see my money! It's not green enough for them. Worst sales associates and customer service!
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
