The item I order was exactly as shown it came in the mail fast and packaged well. I order a half size to small because my size was out stock and when reach out for refund they were helpful and make it easy for me to mail the product back
Ordered Feb. 5th and the estimated delivery date was February 8th.

My experience was average. I had a few issues when trying to use the zoom feature, the system would take me out of the item and back to where I first began shopping. I got frustrated and just purchased that pair of boots!

My orders were sent without a proper address so that it came to my zipcode but no home address. The post-office sent it back to shoedazzle and shoedazzle could not resolve it. I ended up canceling my membership. Same nonsense with JustFab

I loved the style of both my purchases, but the fit was not good at all. Both sandals allowed my feet to push through the front so that my toes were off the front edge.

Shipping takes forever! Order my shoes beginning of the month 4th it is now the 17th and still haven't received it. Show dazzles need better shipping, especially in Hawaii.
Like ordering car parts comes in quicker than products from shoe dazzle.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
