Very amusing I'm being asked to review product I still haven't received (after more than 2 weeks). For reference, I have ordered items from other similar stores (Lulu's, ShoeDazzle, Old Navy, etc.) in this same time frame and those items arrived within a reasonable time. Honestly this delay in shipping is why I previously canceled my membership. If your infrastructure cannot handle sales on a mass scale, don't offer them. Will be canceling once again because between Old Navy and Lou & Grey at LOFT, this isn't worth it.

I didn't have any issues with ordering and questions that I needed answered was given in a timely manner. I received the gown and it fits good, just too long. Will now have to seek out for a tailor to have the hem taken care of. It's the convenience of ordering online and hopefully you get what you paid to receive. Thank you

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from one of their great sakes. Two of the items were perfect. They were exactly what I wanted. The third pair was damaged and it was so disappointing. Not sure who inspected the item prior to shipment but it definitely should have been something that was looked at.

1st order is $10 but they did get $25.18 in your account, and today they get money from my account again of $71, what for? To good to be true, $10 worth of shoe ended up to be $95, not worth it, it's a SCAM! Do not order from this site

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
