This is the second time I have ordered. The first time I got my shoes two weeks later and I was upset because it was my birthday my birthday shoes. It's all about the Shoes. Disco round I'll order them to take to Dublin Ireland to see Chris Brown in concert. I was so happy that they arrived on time, so I am highly satisfied thank you!

I've been a loyal Shoedazzle customer since 2010. 90% of my closet consists of Shoedazzle & JustFab shoes but for a long time now, I have accumulated so many credits from the recurring monthly charges because I forget to skip the month and then don't use the credits because nothing has really appealed to me enough to buy. I did buy a few pairs of slippers in the past few yrs though. But this month I saw 3 pairs of shoes that pleasantly surprised me! I was excited and purchased all 3 pairs. 1 collection reminded me of the Candies shoes that were so popular yrs ago, so I bought the same pair in 2 colors and the other pair was a versatile, chunky heel that came in a fab color. I miss these timeless styles!

Neither one of the shoes I bought fit, and when I went to exchange, it said they were not eligible for exchange/return. This was not made clear when I purchased them, or I wouldn't have got them. Very disappointed. I also canceled my VIP membership.

I am never dissatisfied with my purchases from shoedazzle. I have so many shoes from them I should be a partner. I recently wore the clear heeled sandals and recieved so many compliments.

I've been trying not to buy more shoes but Shoe Dazzle makes it incredibly difficult. They have up to the minute styles, great prices and fast shipping - what's a girl to do?

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

It is so sad to hear that you are now deciding to let go of your VIP membership, however, if that is your final decision, we will respect that wholeheartedly. There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
