Shoes are unique and great quality. More selection of clothing would be nice, but I found some cute stuff. The shoes come in a nice Show Dazzle box, too. Customer Service is good. This company has a good shot of keeping customers.
I love shoe dazzle; always something new for the feet—a lot of styles to choose from. And I have only had one issue with their shoes in 6 years, so job well done!

I have been using ShoeDazzle for many years but since moving it has become a hassle. I have removed my old address and it reappears. I have called to have it removed, they state it's removed and it's not. Now I have to double and triple check the address because it defaults to my old address for every order. I would just like to order quickly like I did previously for years! I love the bags instead of the boxes as well.

I would not advise anyone to buy anything from shoe dazzle. The materials are extremely cheap and hard. They look cheap and they feel cheap. I wish I could get a refund. This was an absolute waste of money and time.

I Wish They Were A Little More Wide. For A Size 10 i Would Have thought To Be A Little More Wiggle Room And Looser Across The Top. Will Use A Shoe Stretching Mist to loosen up the Fabric

I still haven't received my order. The shipping company they use has been a awful dealing with them its been 2 weeks they finally say they delivered them but I cannot find my package anywhere. I have reached out to get help and to even change the delivery address since they claim they were unable to deliver for a week. Still don't know where they were delivered to. It definitely was not my office..

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
