I'm a value customer since 2016 and I love fashion that is Why I became a vip with shoedazzle. I never lost any ítem that I bougth and it,s really a good experience all this years so, far. But I didn't like this month when I purchase that my account been closed. But I will continue with my membership and I will purchase more ítem from shoedazzle in the future.

My dress was reasonably priced, I like the stretchy, comfortable feel of the material on my skin, and the shipping was fast and superb which is a PLUS for me. Is why I feel like a valued customer!

If you don't remember to skip your month your account has a credit. Unfortunately none of the shoes are priced the same as your credit but rather $5 less so if you want to use your credit you need to spend more.

I am not sure what happened to this site but my recent purchase I was very dissatisfied. The boots I ordered creased and became misshapen within a hour of wear. Wouldn't stay up my leg and overall are just ugly and cheap quality. I have been a member since 08' and I think it's time to finally cancel. I have ordered so much stuff within the years but the last 5 or so, you guys have gone down.Sorry guys I'm going to cancel soon

When you put a difference in price, then I go to checkout, the regular prices show up, instead of the sale price. And, most times, shoes are looking similar.

My package never showed. The email said it did. O called in, after 1st person put me on hold then after 6min and hung up on me, then another phone call and total of 30min on hold. I was told to give another 24-48 hours & call back. My package still never arrived. I want a refund.

Shoe dazzle needs a better variety and bigger quantity of shoes for people with bigger wider feet. You've made progress but still are missing it. I'm a VIP I've been here for years. I'm often disappointed that shoes in my size are not accommodating.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

It is so sad to hear that you are now deciding to let go of your VIP membership, however, if that is your final decision, we will respect that wholeheartedly. There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee. You can still purchase for the retail price with free shipping for orders of $59 and above. Let me know if you like to be a pay-as-you-go member, I can help you make that change in your account.
