I always can find what I need. Beautiful styles and colors. My favorites are platforms and wedge heels. I also love the different colored purses that matches the shoes and clothes.

I have repeatedly gotten shoes that were too big or too small and have never gotten a fair return. I have ordered clothes that were a size 2, when I ordered a size 24. Although the tag said it was a size 24, so that brings up questions. I have canceled for the month under VIP, yet I was charged anyway. I started taking pictures of my cancelation, and it didn't help. Nothing made me madder than having someone on the other end tell me they would take care of it THIS time, when it was the error of Shoe Dazzle. I've bought some cute shoes (hence the 2 stars), but the business is pretty shoddy.

I ordered an article of clothing in plus size and received a size 0-2. It still had plus size on tag, so I had to measure waist. Ridiculous and obviously poor oversight.
I'm a very loyal customer with shoe dazzle and I'm disappointed because I'm 6'1 and wear a size 12.i bought 7 pairs of sandals size 12 and every single one I can't fit because of the shoe being so narrow any other time I had no problem with you guys.Im going on a cruise in may and don't know what to do because it's hard finding things that fit me.So I think I'm going to cancel my membership 7 pairs of shoes is a lot

I never got my items and when I called them the woman argued with me about getting my money back and canceling the membership I'm still waiting for a refund smfh

I have so many recent purchases that I have lost money on because I travel a lot and missed the window to return and unfortunately the size that I have been ordering for years doesn't always work. So many shoes are too big but my size selection has not changed.

I have been with Shoedazzle for years and never had a problem with fit or comfort of shoes. This last round nothing fit! At least 1/2 to 1 size too big on shoes and the clothing was all over the place, some too big some too small. I plan on stopping my membership.

I found dress shoes to wear with anything. They are so comfortable. I finally was able to find a nice pair of slip on shoes for my mom that doesn't go between your toes. She can wear them every day as well as wearing them to a party.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
