I like the selection offered in shoedazzle, however the new credit system is awful. Instead of letting me utilize the amount in terms of cash in the system it provides a credit which is awful. This truly deters me from buying more and I now buy less. The credit system is slowly curing me of my shoe obsession. I'm simply not getting the value for my subscription as I used to previously.

The website is so bad! There's not even a place to write complaints or anyone to assist. I tried the chat feature but it never connected. I need my shoe or atleast refund my money please!

When I received my order, only half of it was there. I called in and two of the things were now out of stock so they gave me a credit. But of course the first time I got a major discount with free shipping and the credit won't cover everything. Plus shipping.

The shoes I received are cute, however they don't fit my feet right and the right shoe squishes my pinky toe in such a way that wearing them doesn't feel good or comfortable so they are going to sit in the closet and eventually get donated. Really disappointed in my purchase

My latest purchase from Shoedazzle did not disappoint. I was able to use my VIP points to get a pair of the cutest mules. They are so comfortable, and as always, they are true to size. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but they were on my doorstep within the estimated delivery date.

I'd been eyeing these shoes for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They're just as awesome as they looked online and crazy comfy, which is a lifesaver for my job where I'm on my feet all day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much discomfort breaking them in. Totally digging the style.
I also grabbed some sneakers that were cute, but they didn't quite hit the mark. Normally, a size 7 fits me fine, but for some reason, the right shoe feels too big. Gonna have to send those back.
