I ordered both tall over-the-knee boots and ankle booties on sale and both pair fit perfectly and are a hit! So happy I have been a Shoe Dazzle subscriber for years. Give them a try for sure - you won't regret it, there is something for EVERYONE!

I order two dresses in the normal size in which I order from everywhere else only the items I received from shoedazzle were smaller in size and I had to sent them both back

I was very happy to receive my shoes, however they were a little to big. I had read how the refunds/returns process works before ordering and was happy about the time limit and return option of "HAPPY RETURN." I looked for my order on my account tab to go through the return process and it was not there in my account. I proceeded to do a chat, which by the way was very helpful. Jimena took care of the return of the shoes I was going to send back and reorder the one I wanted to keep in a smaller size. However the caveat is that it would not be a QR CODE to scan. I would have to print a label and send it back via the USPS. In order for me to use the Happy Return option I would have to cancel the transaction that Jimena had done and go through the return process online. Customer service can Only DO LABEL PRINT RETURNS. I asked why my order was not shown on My Account tab...no response to that question. I thought that it made have been that my order had just arrived literally 2 hours ago...I still don't know why.? Wanted the convenience of HAPPY RETURN scan and go.

The experience with JustFab and Shoe Dazzle is always good. However, twice I have gotten a pair of boots and they have been USED, or WORN! I don't understand, how this happens. When I make a purchase I get at least 6-8 pairs on a order and one pair of shoes or a pair of boots is always used! My question is WHY?! This is not a good look, and I really like both of the companies

Shoe is surprisingly comfortable, good fit.

I like how the shopping experience on the site is simple to navigate. The make of some of the shoes have changed over the years… and some shoes I found to be ill fitting or uncomfortable regardless of the right size.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
