Great sales but packages take too long to receive. 10 days now since my order and my package is "containerized in storage" not set to arrive for another 3 days. Not good practice to send the review email before the customer receives the product.
For whatever reason, the shoes are coming in too big, and the photos do not look like the shoes, so perhaps more description would be helpful. The price was one price, and the same shoe was for a lower price the next day. I put my points in thinking it would make the purchase more affordable - it did not, so I took my points off, and I have yet to get those points back in my total point balance.
Affordable options and quick and easy shipping. The items did not take long to arrive and everything was in really good condition.

Great footwear, I've ordered 4 pairs of boots and booties from them they all fit great very well made and most of all so comfortable for walking. I'll be purchasing more footwear in the future. Love shoedazzle.
Love these boots, to run a little big but with a thick sock perfect, love the calf its not to tight, and the other all look of the boot is awesome, very comfortable to wear walking as well.
I placed an order for around 8-10 items I believe. Waited for about a week and suddenly the whole order was canceled due to 1 unavailable item. I was forced to make a new order of the same items but ordered fewer items this time and paid more than the original canceled order.
My order never showed up and theres no way to get ahold of anyone for a refund. Nobody will reply to my emails.
I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle and at this point id call the whole experience mid. Their selection of wide shoes is low and when you attempt to filter for your size and wide it still brings up options that are not in your size. Additionally, the selection of shoes is not that great.
Everything I've ordered was over and above what I expected. Thank you very much for reaching my satisfaction.
I wore a pair of shoes from Shoe Dazzle to a wedding and they broke not even 2 hours in.
I mean pretty good quality, the prices are pretty steep. The discounts are decent when it's clearance or like a big sale. Rewards for points? Definitely have seen waaay better. And they don't have a lot of like. Unique styles in my opinion. It's all classy/casual/business type of styles. I'm more of a punk/emo/ or believe it or not, glamorous type of style. I don't know, they hit the mark with some things and fall flat on others.
Shoe run small suppose to extra wide I ordered a 9.5 extra wide and it's made like a normal size sandal nothing dude about it
I love shoe dazzle! Most of my shoes are from there. Comfortable, affordable and fit to size! So many choices, I end up buying a couple at a time.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
