I recently phoned in due to my package of 5 pairs of shoes being lost by USPS. Without hesitation, the representative offered a resolution. She offered to replace my order with the exception of the pair that was out of stock. For the out of stock pair she offered to give me a credit for another pair at the same price. Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! With a smile. No hassle just good clean and quick. I was on the phone for about 10 minutes and back to work. Thank you. I had accidentally shipped my last order to my old mailing address that was in a different town. Unfortunately, at this time that town was evacuated due to a fire nearby, Which means it was going to take probably a month before they received my order back at their warehouse. When I contacted Canada Post, they told me there was no way to change the address because the order had already been shipped and the label had already been printed, which is understandable. I called Shoedazzle to let them know about my mistake with the address, they we're so polite and accommodating. They re-shipped my order to my new address before receiving the previous order back in the warehouse. I had just started a new job and needed new footwear and I'm so thankful they were able to help me out.

Shoe dazzle go above and beyond to support their customers with no limits. Once you make a purchase, your merchandise is shipped out the same day or the next day. It always takes about three days and I have my order with no issues. If there's any problems, I can call and speak to someone directly before the end of the business day. Once I see an item that's eye catching, I'll place an order and it's ready then delivered within 4 to 5 days tops. Great quality materials, while the only problem presented were a wrong shoe size. Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee. You can still purchase for the retail price with free shipping for orders of $59 and above. Let me know if you like to be a pay-as-you-go member, I can help you make that change in your account.
