The items I've purchased have been stylish and generally well made. About 85% of the time the shoes fit well. The remaining % is because one cannot judge the fit any shoe has until one puts it on. Not the fault of the site, just a fact pf buying shoes. My one issue is, I wish they carried more shoes with "kitten" heels and shoes with a sturdier sole. I've had the best luck with the sneaker type shoe and less luck with heels or sandals. It would be nice too if they carried more "plain" style shoe in a variety of colors without decoration or weird patterns.
I ordered 4 prs of shoes- 3 are perfect but 4th pair is a size 12! How did that happen? There are NO instructions for exchanging this pair of shoes- please contact me concerning this manner!
Neither pairs fit me very well at all though I fit the listed size. Not enough selection available for wide options either. Was able to give one pair to my sister and the other I can just manage to squeeze into for short occasions.
First, they wont allow to freely use our credits, then they charge shipping regardless of total amount, then they also charge another stupid fee plus taxes on original pricing even though its supposed to be on the actual amount charged. You also must skip the month even if you shopped. Used to be an amazing site, now is f*ckin' garbage.

Package was supposed to be delivered on the 18th. It's now 5 days past date and there is no updated expected delivery date. I have had previous orders that were perfect. Just a little disappointed this time around.

Each month the site takes $70 Canadian dollars from my account if I do. Not skip the month yet when I try to use those credits I am only allowed to purchase certain items and half the value of the amount you took so I loose that money as the products you allow credits to buy are half the value of what is actually taken from the accounts so basically you rob your customers and tell them your giving them a deal I want my account cancelled I'm done with a site that steals from me and smiles telling me they giving me great deals

I got the perfect pair of green wedges that fit true to size 12 and the cutest little green hand bag. To get them both using only 1 credit was amazing and I hope to buy more bundles
I honestly want to cancel my subscription, but I don't know how.
I used my monthly credit to purchase a suit. I ordered a Medium jacket and a large skirt. Strangely, the jacket was huge and the skirt tiny. I am returning both but instead of getting my credit back I got refunded the amount of the items which is worth less than my credit which could have been worth up to $80. I don't think I like how that worked out.
They don't understand cancel an agreement, they try to force you to continue.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
