Shipping took way longer than expected and the sandals I got in the mail was very poor quality I will not order from shoedazzle again. It was suppose to be a white color but when I got them it looked like they had been worn before

I have a credit that cost me $49.00 but was only able to use it on 1 item that was on sale for $25.00. That is not fair. I also do not think it is okay that credits expire. I will be canceling my subscription.
My order came quickly, the pieces come with a bag/cover for your purchase to protect from dust and such. My shoes fit well and give me the option to adjust and the bag I purchased happens to match well with the shoes.
I've been subscribed to this company since 2016. At first it was great but as I got older I wanted better quality in shoes and clothes. I recently just canceled because I don't think it's worth it every month especially for the price. Every time I buy clothes from there it's always a hit or miss. I just bought some shorts and the way how it fits is very off. I stopped buying shoes a long time ago because they start to hurt my feet. Again I'm about good quality these days and Shoedazzle doesn't satisfy for me.
It was fine. Everything arrived in new condition unblemished.
Customer service is always available via phone! Love that! Issues with refunds or courtesy often applies! ShoeDazzle cares about their customers indeed.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
