I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots from Shoedazzel and they all have been of great quality and style. I just hate they do not sale enough plus size clothing and their prices have gone up
I've ordered shoes from Shoe Dazzle several times over the past few years. The quality seems to be going downhill as some of the shoes (sandal straps) have ripped away from the shoe. One pair of sandals has an uneven sole because of the way they're made and it feels like you're walking on pebbles.
I have returned the items purchased which are not reflected in full on my account and have not received refund. When I click the refund confirmation link in the email I received I am directed to "page not found". Finally, I have been charged twice in the past week and they are not authorized charges! Why?
I am asked to put in a retailer when returning a product. I am unsure what that means... I bought directly from shoedazzle. This is ridiculous. I've been waiting on hold for customer service to speak to someone about this issue. Will not be using this site again!
I tried to return some purchases that didn't work out. They accepted the return on June 14. It is now July 9 and I have not received the refund to my account yet. Their services have been getting worse and worse and it's harder to get in touch with real people to resolve issues. I've been using this service for about a decade but I'm thinking it might be time to close this out

I wanted to cancel my account and In order to have me activate my credit information, they sent me an email saying i will not be deducted for past month if i update my credit information. But I was deducted nevertheless when financially i was not ready.
If I new I was going to be deducted, i would not have activate the account and close it right after i use my last points
The color and fabtic are nice. I felt the shoe is really heavy in my foot
I received 3 out of 5 pairs of shoes/boots and only kept one pair of shoes. Returning the other two pair because they were too big. I am still waiting for the other two pairs of shoes/boots but haven't heard from Shoedazzle on when they will arrive.
They helped me replace a pair of shoes that were missing from my package and they shipped them to me for free! I appreciate them and their dedication to great customer service!
I love the shoes per usual and they arrived swiftly! Shoes looked more bra in person!
I brought my mother-in-law some shoes and earring for her birthday cruise. She loved everything and said are beautiful and look better in person
To have a perfect experience, I would like to have with the shipment a copy of my invoice and the way to return articles that don't fit

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
