Very disappointed in this. I looked forward to my shoes I never received, then when I called they said they would cancel and I'd see my money back in my bank in 24 hours. I haven't seen it and it's been 4 days.

I have yet to receive my order which was ordered July 18. Says it was shipping from California. I tracked it again and reached out to Shoedazzle and they said if I hadn't received it to get in touch again. I got in touch and I still have not received my items. I am not pleased about that. The items are for summer use and the summer is soon to be over. I used two membership credits and an additional payment to pay for the order. It's been 26 days. Where is my order?
I received the wrong color sneaker, black instead aid blush. The jeans I ordered a size 24, I received the correct size, I have orders jeans in the same size from here before, but this pair was not a good fit! Way too big.

Overnight weekender bag REVIEW Great concept and overall use but -the thread started to unravel from every part of the zipper and lining after the first use. It doesn't seem like it was sewed in very well, so I'm not sure how long the bag is going to last.
I bought a pair of sandals to wear to a concert and they broke on me right when I got to the concert I was so uncomfortable and upset. Then when I got home they broke more and caused me to fall and twist my ankle really bad. I have canceled my membership. I'm very unhappy with the quality of your shoes.
The VIP subscription option felt like a rip off when it was all said and done. The items I received were ok quality but not worth the price when you add up the amount spent on the monthly subscription
I bought onece for 13.99 and someone keeps breaking in to my Pay Pal account reputedly since then. It is impossible to reach anyone in the phone because they want you to waite 30 min before response. Pay Pal refuses to recognize this as a false transaction because I made one purchase in the past, it is a mess. I will never buy from this company again!

My experience with purchasing and receiving the Heeled Sandals was good. The fit is good but I refer a size 10.5 but you do not have that size. A size 11 would have been too big.

I've been a member of Shoe Dazzle for quite some time. I must say I truly enjoy all my purchases. The bundles are my favorite. I take a break for a few months and then I get to choose a nice surprise.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
