Somehow I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and nothing got sent. Whole order was cancelled? OR something? I don't really know why. Just said 'they could not be shipped'.
Also ordered 6 other things in a second order and only got 2 of them. So not sure what the heck is going on.
They never disappoint. Good quality and style still. I get compliments on nearly every pair of shoes I purchase.
Ordering is easy but there's a delay (this time it was several days) before I receive a notification that my shoes were shipping. I didn't even receive a confirmation email that my order had even been received. I had to go to the website and track the status that way.
The experience I had was great. My merchandise arrived when promised. I only have on question, if I wanted to return an item how would I go about it?There was no return label in my package.
Shoe dazzle is always easy to order items and the returns are easily done. I really enjoy everything they offer.

I have been purchasing shoes and accessories from Shoedazzle for years. Well, I would never say they were really high quality, In the last year and a half the quality seems to have gone down to the point where I feel like i'm wearing cardboard shoes, and none of the clothes have a standardized sizing system anymore. I can order two things in the exact same size and one of them won't go over my hips, and the other one looks like it should belong to a person three sizes bigger than me. My last order I bought four things and returned two of them. The other two are bags, and they're just okay. (They are certainly not worth what I paid for the VIP credit, but Inam tired of returning things.) I am frankly, really tired of being disappointed. I am done as soon as I find a way use the credits I wish I did not have.
These sandals are cheaply made, the buckles come undone & I have them buckled tight but they are so floppy. I only wore them for the first time this week.
None of the shoes I purchase are comfortable. But the bag I got was really nice
I have ordered from.a variety of online sites and a lot of the fast fashion clothes feel like they really were meant to last just a season. I have been really happy with both the boots and the clothes I've gotten from Shoedazzle. The clothes are comfortable and look like they were made somewhere that actually cares about their quality. The shoes hold up and are just as good as they look on the site. I wasn't sure about the subscription because a lot of what's on the site isn't my style, but I have loved the pieces I've gotten.
I ordered two pairs of shoes on July 03 2024 and as of today August 8 2024 I have only recieved 1 pair of shoes.
The order went to the wrong address these shoes are torn. And the staff is not helpful at all
I am sad that the plus size line has been dropped.
I also wish most shoes have at least two color choices.
I can usually find a shoe or boot or bag I like on Shoe Dazzle

You pay $50 for VIP point but the items you choose from are way under $50 plus the $5 shipping and handling so it seems like they are getting over. Not worth it to me.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes: 1 pair of heels, 2 boots. The only thing that came correctly was one pair of boots. The other two they sent the ugliest boots nothing close to what I ordered. I tried to switch them out for what I orginally ordered but they were no longer in stock. If you do not have the shoe in a certain size STOP ADVERTISING IT! It's literally still on the website saying you have them in that particular size
The bags are great. Just what I wanted and expected.
The delivery was delayed and I thought I would not get the items as I got a message saying Couldn't deliver. But I guess the courier went back on the working day.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Answer: There is no sign up fee. You must 'skip the month ' by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged $39.95 (which is applied to any purchase) while still being a member. Or you can just cancel completely at any time.

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
