It been 21 days since I ordered my shoes and still no update or any news on where my package is located at the moment.
I ordered some shoes over a month ago. Almost two weeks passed when I decided to reach out to customer service regarding my package and while my problem was remedied, this is my not first time dealing with this. I've never had a problem with Shoe Dazzle shipping before the price increase and ever since it had, the shoe selection has not been that great nor has the shipping and I am just about ready to terminate my subscription. I am simply not a fan anymore
I have been a customer of shoe dazzle for many years. In fact, my shoe closet is filled with numerous shoedazzle heels, sandals, and flats. It's always fun to order and receive my shoes BUT lately I have been left disappointed when browsing the site. The shoe designs don't excite me anymore. It doesn't make me want to buy much anymore. After receiving my last order I realized that the shoes aren't the quality I've had in the past from them. The shoes are made cheaper and they have the cheap shoe smell but the monthly price has increased to almost fifty dollars it is disappointing because it was once my go to shoe site. I may have to end my relationship soon. It doesn't make sense to pay monthly for something that isn't doing it for me.
My order never came. Still trying to get help with customer service to no avail.
Shopping is always easy for me. I like that my size is already pre-saved which makes it easier to narrow it down for me. The customer service rep was very helpful when I needed help with ordering and returns.
It was very easy to shop the website. My size is already stored and I like that some of the reviews had pictures.
I purchased a really cute pair of black leather booties that can be worn year 'round. I purchased them on August 2nd to wear to a wedding on August 16th. Today is August 22nd and their is still no sign of them. The first tracking info that said they would arrive on August 7, was changed to the 9th, then, changed to the 13th. I still had enough time to be able to wear them to the wedding. Now, there is NO/ZERO tracking available at all! I have no clue when or if they will arrive. Last known tracking information said they were in Atlanta on August 9. Never had this happen before with Shoedazzle. Very disappointed. If they don't arrive by the end of the month, I will be requesting a refund. I will have waited long enough!
I had a beautiful experience, my orders just came. I haven't opened the packages yet but I'm never disappointed when it comes to Shoe Dazzle. I love them!

I wanted a pair of boots but I was scared they wouldn't fit my calf. Try them on when I got them and they fit like glove! It's always easy to order through shoe dazzle.
Used to love the membership concept. If I forgot to skip a month and was charged the credit held a real dollar value. You could buy multiple clearance items to total the value of the credit. Now you have choose between paying more money to receive the discounted price or use a 49.95 "credit"for 1.or 2 items that frankly most of the items are not worth half the 49.95. Additionally the "member included free shipping" is a joke. I could drive across the country and back. Placed my order on 8/7 still waiting for arrival says expected between 22nd and 25th. 3 weeks for delivery? I have been a member for over 5 years but will be cancelling once my items arrive.

I love the shoes always fit perfectly and the styles are awesome but I wear size 11 and the boots or shoes are never in my size. My experience with my call was patience and nice. Solved my problem.
I ordered my package on August 2nd, clicked standard business shipping, tell me why it's taken over 20 days for my package to get delivered. Canceled my membership will not be ordering from this company again.
As of today, I have yet to receive my order. This is the worse experience ever and I am will not be ordering from this company again!
The discount I received was great, I love my shoes, shipping was fast and reliable.
Years ago a size 10 would fit me perfectly from shoedazzle. Now I have to stretch the shoes each time at the shoemaker. 9/12 wide is too big and 10 is too small. At this point I don't think I would continue buying shoes from shoedazzle. Except for the size issue I really love your shoes they are really lovely
I knew I had two VIP credits didn't know how to apply it so when I phone customer service, she had to do it for me so that would be the only thing that would make it easier if you could play it yourself
I need to return my order. One came in damaged and the other is too small.
It's my third time shopping from shoedazzle and believe me they didn't disappoint me.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Answer: There is no sign up fee. You must 'skip the month ' by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged $39.95 (which is applied to any purchase) while still being a member. Or you can just cancel completely at any time.

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
