I do not like the new way I have to use my credits to purchase (for example if the shoe is originally prized at $39.99 and one shoe credit it $59.99 I'm over charged for said shoe, not to mention if it's on sale.), and I'm not a fan of the shoe selections as of recent, and soon as I use my final credits I will cancel my shoe dazzle account.
This is the second time I've placed an order that just continues to sit and wait for USPS to receive the item. I tried to talk to the customer service chat, but had to wait several minutes for someone to connect, in that time my phone screen locked, obviously. And then the person told me I wasn't responding, and they ended the chat without ever even answering my question about my missing order.

Been I'll VIP member for quite a long time. My shoe size is 12. They never have enough in that size or a wide variety in that size and the options do not change often enough. I have seen no updated styles in my size as well. I actually want to delete my account.
This was this most easy back to school shoe shopping yet! I daughter was able to find all the styles she wanted and "NEEDED" for school all in one place and affordable
The boots look nice as in the picture. And not expensive at all. Lots of style foe so little of price. Will wear them boldly.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Answer: There is no sign up fee. You must 'skip the month ' by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged $39.95 (which is applied to any purchase) while still being a member. Or you can just cancel completely at any time.

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
