I skipped the month successfully, received confirmation of it and still got charged for the month. They wouldn't refund the charge.
I waited two weeks for my first pair which never came dispite my address being correctly written, informeddelievery and even had text going to my phone. Never received it. Post office said they didn't have it. So I was sent the same pair again out of courtesy and THEY WERENT EVEN LIKE I THOUGHT THEYD BE. Toe is extremely pointed and nothing like the picture. So now I'm gonna have to exchange or return for a different pair and wait yet another few weeks. I've waited over a month for this pair and now the cycle continues,
I went on the website just looking and find some shoes. I put in the shopping chart, put in my information and purchased the shoes. I received them about 7 days later. I was very satisfied with the purchase.
I RECEIVED THE SHOES AND THEY ARE PERFECT AND THAT'S WHY I KEEP ORDERING WHEN I SEE SHOES I LIKE ON -LINE.
I RETURNED THE HEELS BECAUSE THE HEEL WAS TO HIGH, BUT REALLY WANTED TO KEEP THEM.
Still waiting for my order.
E MAIL says IT IS delivered... But it did NOT ARRIVE.

No follow up on emails I sent to shoe dazzle. Requested to be opted out of monthly subscription... it's on my visa AGAIN this month.

Within months the bottom of my shoes that cost $60 started to break apart. Heartbreaking
Took quite a while to arrive. Few updates received.
Overall I have found shoes and boots to run slightly larger than U.S. sizes. Selections are a great mix of styles for all occassions. Quality of products overall is good but lacks somewhat from description to wearing.
Ordering and Shipping is prompt. Patience for actual arrival.
Avoid returns and the backside of transactions however.
And trying to cancel is next to impossible when I keep getting rewards & convincing reps 😉
I have been a long-time customer and have always loved the products I've received. However, it's been almost a month since my last order, and I have yet to receive all the items I ordered.
Order placed 2 weeks ago. Received part of order shortly after and never received the rest although the delivery date has passed. No new delivery date received from merchant or carrier either. Ordered 3 pair of shoes and received 0 to date.
Order a pair of boots from shoedazzle and never received them
I have been a VIP member at Shoe Dazzle for 4 years. I like that I have the option to skip as many months (monthly fee) without penalty. When I have any issues, their customer service team is top notch. The only downside is selection. Their shoe/clothing selection stay the same for nearly 6 months to a year. It would be nice to have a broader range of items to pick from when the monthly fee is nearly $50
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Answer: There is no sign up fee. You must 'skip the month ' by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged $39.95 (which is applied to any purchase) while still being a member. Or you can just cancel completely at any time.

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
