Label was created but never shopped. Date of delivery has been delayed to today. Still the item has left the warehouse. I purchased my items a while ago. Wanted to shop some more prior to my trip but, if I can't trust my items to arrive as per the date provided. Why would I depend on the order arriving at the date and time provided.
The shoes I got fit weird and there are no clear directions on how to return
Shoes are beautiful and all women loves to rock a cute shoe. So my advice would be is to give more options for size 10 and above. And PLEASE for the wider sizes also. More 10W, 11W, 12W. Please and thank you

I was very disappointed in my delivery. I have ordered from Shoedazzle a lot over the past 5 years, the most recent order was horrific. Only 2 out of the 5 items I ordered looked even close to what the picture looked like. 2 pairs of boots I will NEVER wear and the Large size overalls would fit my 16 year old daughter that's 100 lbs. I can fit one leg in. I will be cancelling my membership and using up my credits on jewelery. Very disappointed

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

It is so sad to hear that you are now deciding to let go of your VIP membership, however, if that is your final decision, we will respect that wholeheartedly. There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee. You can still purchase for the retail price with free shipping for orders of $59 and above. Let me know if you like to be a pay-as-you-go member, I can help you make that change in your account.
