Need better quality for shoes and boots. Most times they only last for a year or two. They don't cost much, if you catch a good sale but sometimes they do cost way way more and I won't pay that much because they're not good quality shoes or boots.

I love the price of these boots and the premium quality of them. They are however not the right size. They're too big for me and my legs are too short for the style as they go up way past my knees. Is it possible to get an exchange?

I ordered my first pay of boots and then the second, unfortunately the first pair I needed to return but no evidence of a return slip. Therefore I was force to get rid of the boots and I didn't get to wear them

I've ordered shoe dazzle items when the program was first commissioned and the quality has gone down drastically. The new price point is not a good representation of what the shoe dazzle program was in the beginning. If you want flea market quality, go to shoe dazzle.

Boots look cheap, I get charged monthly and can't use all the credits at once. Horrible I need out of shoe dazzle

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
