It was very easy to order from this site. However the item sent to me is extremely to big and the wrong color, trying to return the item has proved difficult because you have to do so on a computer which I don't have access to at the moment!

The shoes are exactly as pictured, comfortable and not too heavy. The top of boot does crease when you walk or bend down, but thats expected.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and when I received them the sizes were huge and nothing like I thought they would be based off pictures. I am always a 7 or 7 1/2 and I got both. They were nothing like explained online. And because they were on sale I can't even return or exchange them. I will say I ordered two pairs of boots from them recently as well and they were perfect. But this order was not.

I order these booties in red when I got them I tried them on. I always try on my right foot cause it's bigger. I put the first boot on and it was like two feet was in that boot, my feet are slim. So I called and explained the situation to them they sent me a label and a brand new pair of the same boots to me and they fit like a glove.

I haven't received my order and it shows its been sitting at the same post office since the 26th! It was supposed to arrive on the 31st. And when a called I was told I have to waiting until the 9th.

Purchase two shoes. One worked out. Second one did not. There was Not a itemized order receipt my package. What was in there were advertising about FreshVeggie delivery. I'm. A busy working mom of 5, I don't have the convenience to going shopping. Thought since this company is big. I would have no issues…wrong! First time & last time ordering from here. Return, was a hassle since I did not get my order receipt in my package…. There you have it. Please note I paid full price and did not sign up for their VIP deal, this might have been the case. No need to leave my info.

I've ordered boots & booties from Shoedazzle for the past several years and, as always, am impressed with the quality of the boots/booties for the money. It was the promotion offered that led me to making my most recent purchase... that and the fact that my feet have somehow grown a half size over the past year and none of my 8.5 boots/booties fit comfortably any longer. The order arrived quickly, within a week, and the boots all fit comfortably.
