I order the same style of shoe in the same size (Size 9) but in 2 colors. One pair fit as if it was a size smaller. I will keep one pair and return the other. I didn't think the shoe fit true to size either. The toe cap is more narrow than it appeared to be in the pictures.

I was looking for a last minute shoes idea and came across these new beautiful boots. Me thinking I'll be somewhat comfortable but once I got them... they were waay taller than I imagined and it leaned forward a bit and it made my ankles hurt trying to walk.

I've been a Shoe Dazzle member for many years now. I have purchased some great boots and shoes and clothing from your site. Lately, I've noticed that the selection is lacking luster. It's the same styles in a variation of colors. The clothing line does not have great choices. At this point, if that is all you will carry for the plus size selection, then you may as well delete it. Your competition for plus-size clothing is definitely Shein. I have decided to cancel my membership multiple times, but I will lose my credits. I also don't understand why I am still coming out of pocket when I have credits for new shoes. I'm not finding enough selections to make purchases to use my shoe credits. If you changed buyers, they have failed you. Please get someone who is a plus size to make selections for plus-size women. We enjoy being sexy, but some of us would prefer a happy median. Right now its either look frumpy or like you are searching for a pole. Go back and look at some of the earlier days of business and compare it to what you are offering now.

Really bad shipping and they are not responsible. I call them I talk to them. They said we will deliver and then I checked the last up date for my tracking and it shows they send it back to the seller

I'm overjoyed and satisfied with the purchase of my boots; ordered a half size larger which worked out well. I wear sz 7; ordered sz 7 & 1/2 fits well and they look amazing!

The shoes I bought were literally the worst shoe construction I've ever seen. Regardless, I was not refunded my entire amount. Really not cool to be penalized for something beyond my control. I'd be happy to exchange for a different shoe but that's not in their return policy.
