For the price you are paying I got something a bit better than I was expecting in quality now don't get me wrong it's not at high quality levels but they will definitely last you a good while and it delivered in a good amount of time I totally thought it was going to be a scam but I was surprised at what I got

I tried sending emails concerning this issue to no avail. Didn't feel like I should've been charged anything considering I sent them back due to them being very narrow which was Not mentioned in the description of the boots and I have a very skinny foot so it's not like I'm the only one who feels this way about the boots I was sent. I got $12 back outta $17 something so yeah from here on out I'll just shop at Amazon where when I send an item back I get the full refund when something doesn't fit right.

Very happy with all my items! I got two of the same rain boots in different color…great quality and texture. I also got a shoulder bag which i am so pleasant with the space and compartments it has!

I have been a member of Shoe Dazzle and Just Fab since 2014. They never disappoint. So much to choose from and if something doesn't fit you can always return for the correct size or get a refund unless it's a final sale item.

I received my order within a week in Canada. I was not fully satisfied with a product so returned it (free return shipping) easily for store credit. I love the other items in the rest of my order.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
