I've purchased a total of 7 pairs of shoes. I can fit only 2 pair. Of those 5,3 are extremely too bug and 2 are to small.

The shoes are very pretty but not the most comfortable. Also the member credits hardly ever cover the nicer shoes.

This is my second time ordering shoes from shoe dazzle and the experience has been excellent. The shoes I ordered were good quality, shipment was on time, and price of shoes were decent. Ordered more and waiting on more shoes to arrive and add to my closet.

I had a VIP membership that I had to cancel about 3 years ago. When I went back in 2022 I bought 4 amazing pairs of shoes and a skirt for only 4 dollars because I had credit left over and I didn't know. They really honor their sales. The variety is amazing as well!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
