Wide calf is not really wide calf because I have a small foot. I've ordered 3 different pair over time and each the same issue. I wear a 7.5/8 and would have to get a 10/11 to see some measurement difference.

Shoedazzle withdrew the monthly amount from my business paypal account without my permission. Shoedazzle was never given this card number and the authorize use of it is fradulent! Please reimburse my business account immediately!

I had a a quick and easy check except for the fact that customers have to use a special type of credit or debit card. Other than that it was awesome and great promotions. I'm a VIP customer- very happy, quick delivery

It's been over a week and a half and my package is still in limbo. It was supposed be delivered last Saturday, it's now Wednesday and still has not been sent.

Ordered shoes on 10/29 for an upcoming party(11/19). Shoes never made it due to the box having too many shipping label. Chatted with customer support (11/18) and first she said I had to wait because it has been shipped and I still will be receiving the shoes. That shoe dazzle has implemented a new shipping policy of 10/14 days. Wow since we are now paying import fees. She then offered to reship the same shoes. I then asked for a refund and then was told I had to receive a store credit because the shoes are no longer available. I asked why the first recourse was to reship the shoes if they are unavailable, she did not respond to my question and just proceeded to what I'm assuming in the next line in the script. At this point I just decided to accept the store credit to further not aggravate myself. I then just recently tried to use the credit and the system would not let me purchase items at its sale price. It was charging full price for the items that was highly advertised as being on sale.

Took no time getting to my door. Comfortable high heel Holiday red shoes. Can't wait to wear them tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner. Plus I will wear them again on Christmas for sure.

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
