Too much to describe. Bottom line, my experience with exchanging my order for a different size has turned into a costly disaster. Not a great experience for a customer.

I've been ordering from Shoe Dazzle for some time now, and I must say I absolutely love their shoes they're cute, stylish, and they fit well ( true to size) I have no complaints except the shoes they make for winter are not water proof ( ugg looking boots) other than that I'm sold!

The box inside the thick wrapping had water damaged and was destroyed. The boots inside the box, were dirty & dusty and the packing paper was stuck to them. This appears to have been shipped this way, which is unacceptable.

Buying shoes that fit online can be tricky, shoedazzle has changed the game for me. They all fit so well, shipping is a breeze, I now have weather appropriate shoes that are stylish and comfy. I especially love the boots with tha fur
